J.W. Freeman Plumbing

John and Cash came to clear a long-standing clog going back the previous owners of my home. I've had other plumbers and the county out multiple times and jetted the kitchen line myself, extracting buckets of filth to no avail. One hour and J.W. Chase came today to replace a bathroom sink faucet and repair the drain line. He recommended the turn off valve underneath the sink be replaced as they were originals. He was very kind, respectful, and honest. He worked in a timely manner and did an excellent job. I highly recommend JW Freeman plumbing. I was very happy with today’s service.

I had a 1-4 window for my appointment, and they showed up right before 1. Good thing, because the job took more time than expected. Billy worked so hard and didn't leave until everything was perfect. He was training someone, too, and didn't charge me for the extra help. I really apprecitate how they do their best to save you money. But more importantly, how they know what they're doing and take great pride in their work. Count me as another happy customer who will be using JW Freeman again. Highly recommend!

My technician, Peter, was very prompt, and arrived even a little before scheduled w. He was very polite and professional. He fixed my leaking water lines (2), and left no mess behind. When he completed the job, he showed me the damaged lines. I appreciated his honesty, and will not hesitate to call this company if I have any future problems! Thank you Peter!
