I highly recommend this company. Family owned honest business men. If your looking for the best plumbing company it's this dad and son! They have been coming to my house for five years now and I would recommend them to anyone!

Steve came out at the time he said he would be here and fixed my toilet issue quickly. He even verified the repair before he left and i couldnt be happier with the service he provided.

I’ve used Steve Carson & Son three times now for various plumbing jobs. I love these guys. They’re so personable and know what they’re doing. They eagerly answer all my questions and have even showed me how to do some things in the past. I recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. It’s nice to use a smaller, family owned business as opposed to some of these franchises in the area.

Steve Jr. did a fantastic job fixing the drain for our bath tub and broken faucet. The faucet was very challenging to fix. He was extremely kind and patient with my 2 year old that wanted to "help" and let him "supervise" his work. Will definitely use again next time we need a plumber. Highly recommend 🙂

Friendly, quick, and easy to work with! Showed up on time, clean and professional service, used the hardware I'd already picked up (after inspecting it and ensuring it was good quality stuff). I called them for a quick job, just repairing a leak on the cold water tap for the tub, and they cleared my drain, cleared the supply lines, replaced cold and hot water hardware (seat, stem, handles), and ensured the shower switch was clean too. Cleaned up after the work was completed, and out the door in half an hour. Will definitely call on them again when I need a job done!

Excellent response time. Said they'd be there within an hour and were there in 15 minutes. Fixed all problems immediately (broken water line to refrigerator, leaky toilet, faucet handle loose.) Did everything quickly, correctly, and for a decent price. Would highly recommend these local guys for everyone in Hampton.
