Outstanding Service – Pete is Our Hero! We own a busy restaurant downtown, and last night (on one of the craziest Fridays we’ve had in months) our main kitchen drain decided to back up right in the middle of dinner service. Total nightmare. I made one panicked call to Roto-Rooter and Pete was at our door in under 30 minutes—on a night when every plumber in town must have been slammed. Pete was professional, calm, and got straight to work. He cleared a nasty grease clog that had been building for who-knows-how-long, cleaned everything up, and had us back in business fast. No drama, no up-selling, just excellent work. We’ve been loyal Roto-Rooter customers for years, but we specifically ask for Pete every single time we need help. He’s reliable, fast, and honestly feels like part of our team at this point. If you own a restaurant (or any business), you know how critical it is to have someone you can count on in an emergency. Pete and Roto-Rooter are that for us. Thank you, Pete, for always coming through—rain or shine, busy night or not. We won’t call anyone else! Highly, highly recommend!

Christian and Joseph were great. They worked together to properly diagnose the issues that I had and then gave me some options to fix the problems. Very professional and courteous. Took their time with me. I will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future for all of my plumbing needs. These guys worked hard and it was much appreciated. Fair and honest service.

I rarely ever post negative reviews, but after this experience I felt it was necessary. I had Roto-Rooter come out to look at an issue with my hot water heater. The technician took one quick look and immediately told me I needed a brand-new unit — no real inspection, no explanation, no effort to troubleshoot. The water heater is only three years old, and after doing some research myself, I knew something wasn’t adding up. Thankfully, I called a different company afterward and they actually listened, inspected the issue properly, and confirmed nothing was wrong with the water heater at all — it was simply a water pressure issue in the home. Please, please do some research before hiring this company. I never want to leave a negative review for any business, but based on my experience, this one felt necessary.

Transparent pricing, high quality work and respectful staff. Very easy to work with and they didn’t charge a diagnostic fee, like most other plumbers I called. Their total price was better also. Jordan did a great job, thanks!

Jordan was attentive, calm, and efficient while my husband and I were in crisis mode to mitigate a clog. He was knowledgeable in his explanation of what to do/not to do with a septic system and identified the root cause of the issue. Roto Rooter only charged a flat fee and took all forms of payment. 10/10 would recommend.

We had another fantastic experience with Roto-Rooter! Joseph was incredible—he came out the same day and installed a brand-new sink and faucet in our kitchen. He even had to do some custom fabrication with the shelving under the sink, and it was no problem for him. He was kind, funny, and highly skilled, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This is the fourth or fifth time we’ve called Roto-Rooter for various jobs over the years, and they have always been professional, efficient, and fairly priced. We highly recommend them!

The tech from Roto-Rooter was very courteous and professional young man. His name was Adam. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and explained everything very well. Also, he found in our crawl space a pin hole leak in a water line which may have occurred in the last day or two. He probably saved us from having alot more damaged if this occurred and not knowing for weeks. I would recommend this company and this technician. I told him that he has an exceptional work ethic and I was encouraged in this industry for young person like himself taking over. Job well done.
