Precision Plumbing, Heating & Air installed a split unit for my sunroom over the summer and I am completely satisfied with the project. Their price was reasonable and turnaround time for he project was less than I expected. Recently, they performed a routine winter maintenance on my HVAC. I will definitely consider them for my future needs.

Very impressed and highly satisfied with Precision's work after a pipe burst below my house. After several calls to unavailable/unhelpful plumbers, Precision arrived within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He corrected the leak, answered all my questions, and later performed the full repipe on my house, assisted by Eric. I am thoroughly pleased with the results. Top marks for Chris and all the folks at Precision who helped us get through this repair quickly and efficiently. Christopher and Robert did a fantastic job on fixing my bathroom sink. They informed me on everything that needed to be done and they even changed my faucet out for me all at a reasonable price. They got here during the time that was quoted to me and it didn’t take long to fix my problem. These two gentlemen will definitely be plugged into my phone so that I can use them again, when and if I ever have any other plumbing problems. They also do heating and air. The company representative Eric Smith was very professional and knowledgeable on the plumbing. He made a point to take time to ensure that I understood exactly what he was talking about and what the cost and labor would incur. Very good experience. Definitely would refer to anyone else that had any plumbing needs or requirements.

After a bad experience with another local plumber, we called Precision Plumbing in Rock Hill. We had a horrible clog in our laundry room drain that was causing water to back up onto the floor and was seeping behind the drywall and coming out in the kitchen ceiling. The first company gave it half effort, billed us a service charge, and left us with a mess. Rob with Precision showed up today and was bound and determined to get the job done! After removing a bunch of nastiness - we are back in business! The entire team was polite and professional and Rob was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Jacob and Ron did a great job replacing our garbage disposal and moving our pipes down in the wall after installing a deeper sink. They were super professional, kind, and got the job done in less than 2 hours!
