My water heater broke down without any warning one morning. Thanks to Yelp, I found Water Heater Master Inc., and they were truly a lifesaver. The person who took my call was very helpful and efficient, giving me the earliest possible appointment without any hassle. When their representative, Sam, arrived, he was nice, polite and on time. He thoroughly checked the old heater, instantly gave me a quote, and patiently walked me through all the available market options. He was clear, patient, and accommodated my schedule by promising to finish the job that same day if I made a decision. After doing my research, I called the next morning to confirm. The installers were there by noon and the job was done very neatly. The work was exceptional—they even added a new copper pipe so the water would drain directly into the sink and added new fixtures for the main pipe. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. He even took the time to clean underneath the pedestal, which was a huge help and showed a level of care I truly appreciated. Our water heater went out and I called them after 1pm and explained our situation , I had used them for service a little over a year before. Brian came out and I agreed that we needed a new unit and arranged for them to bring a new water heater and install it. They improved the overall installation and the job was finished before 5pm. Incredibly fast and courteous service at a fair price and with a decent warranty. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike, our technician. He is honest and lovely! We had four plumbers look at our hot water heater and they all had a different story. None of them investigated the problem as thoroughly as Mike. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty and did all the work by himself. He installed a new hot water heater in under an hour. Expert Tech Mike, correctly diagnosed the issue and gave me options for replacement. A month later, the time had come. Within 24 hours of my call to Alex for installation, Mike was in my garage and got it DONE! Exceptional! I was a repeat customer. Now I am a customer for life and an ambassador.

Excellent service. Rigo came to give me a free quote, which turned out to be the best price I got. I was able to immediately schedule them for a replacement a couple of days later. They installed a Bradford White, which I read to be regarded as the industry's best. Rigo came on time, took away the old unit, replaced all the lines and drain pan, and redid the seismic braces after installing the new unit. It all went very smoothly. Thank you!

Rep came out the same day i contacted them and, amazingly (for me), had the right size water heater in his van to replace mine. Swap/installation was done quickly at a good price.
