Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Same-day service. My service technician, "Pete," was courteous and respectful. He earned my trust immediately. Pete explained the new toilet installation to me and described how it would be done. Pete is very knowledgeable in his field. Coming from a satisfied customer! One new toilet has been successfully installed; two more remain to be installed.

I had a main line backup. Benjamin, came out and after sending his camera down the line found the backup was at the floor drain itself. He replaced the cap cleared the line. Benjamin was friendly seemed very knowledgeable. It was a Sunday so not cheap but I was able to finish my laundry that day.

Our plumber came to unclog a clay tile sewer pipe using a hydrojet tool they most plumbers don’t have. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clear out roots and broken pieces of tile the other guys couldn’t do. Roto-Rooter is a legitimate licensed plumber that can do big jobs so don’t think they are limited. They are now on my go-to list of trusted contractors.

The technician came out, and promptly got to work, even though it was a weekend. He was also able to give us some answers as to why we would be continuing to have stoppage issues, Something no other plumber has done in the past when we’ve had this problem. We now have a clear idea of how to go forward, and much appreciate the timely and skillful work.

After being in a slight panic, with water on my basement floor, the night before I was supposed to leave for a trip, I called Roto-Rooter and within 45 minutes they had a technician at my front door after 9 pm. The after-hours call fee was SUPER reasonable, the dispatcher and technician were both very kind. I was able to leave the next morning feeling confident I wasn’t going to come home to a mess.

I’ve had chronic issues with my plumbing line and have needed it snaked multiple times from other companies. Very first visit from Roto-Rooter and I was advised of a section of the sewer line needing replacement. Within 24 hours I had secured financing with their help and had the replacement scheduled. Within 3 days the replacement was completed and the cause discovered to be due to the local phone company damaging that section when drilling through to place a fiber optic cable. This caused the phone company to be financially responsible for the replacement. A strange addition to the situation that was resolved before the replacement was completed. I had numerous questions during this process, all of which were answered very promptly by the techs on site or emails from the office. I will definitely be coming back to this company if/when future repairs are needed and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing assistance. I will be a lifelong customer after this situation. I cannot think of a single area that could have been handled better!
