Super service!! Doug was a complete gentleman and very efficient! Pleasant to talk with and his work was outstanding. I’ve used Lampe Appliance in the past and they’ve always done excellent work! My dryer was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you very much Doug Lampe!

Second experience with Lampe. Service technician Doug cave us the price for a washer repair and advised that because of the age of our machines, a new washer and dryer made more sense. We purchased a new Speed Queen set from them and they installed them today. We're very happy with everything.

They got tasked with our home warranty for our fridge after the first company didn’t wanna work on the fridge. The first fridge said it was three parts. The guy called said can I come out early we said no as neither one wa shone but I would be home in 10 mins which would let us have out appointment which was from 12-2. He went to another appointment which then he doesn’t show up until 2 good thing I didn’t have another appointment planned. Then says oh it’s just clogged that the three parts can’t fail. Then says oh the freezer frost cause water gets in there it’s a rail that’s bad. Submits to the home warranty that they can do the work but they don’t want to do have to essentially take the cash out. Honestly I would never want to call them if I had an appliance that needed worked on. Oh btw good luck getting ahold of them called on Thursday no one answered. No one called back on Friday finally was able to get an appointment on Wednesday. Honestly I’d go elsewhere only had them cause of my home warranty and was one of the worse experiences I have ever had.

Jared was great. He listened to what the issue was with my washing machine. He ran diagnostics and explained what was being replaced and why. He was efficient and friendly!

The Lampe guys are the best. Always prompt and expert service. Bought Speed Queen washer and dryer from them, too. Great install and very happy with them.

Great service. We were scheduled a couple of days out. They called and arrived a day early. They diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. Mr. Lampe was very thorough.

Doug was on time arriving, did the repair quickly, cleaned up after himself, answered all my questions and was very polite and positive. I could not ask for anything more than that. Both the cost of the service call and the part that was replaced were reasonable.
