Firstcall Restoration - Cedar Rapids

My experience was unique! The day after my home went under contract for sale, hail hit! I wanted a reputable company to do the work not to disrupt the sale. Brad was my first point of contact and reassured me that First Call would do everything in their power to complete the work timely and every interaction after that proved him to be a man of his word! Todd (PM) promised a weekly check in, however he was constantly on the top of my contacts as I was receiving play by play to calm my nerves. I’d reach out at all hours not expecting a response but always getting one! Todd was a difference maker setting First Call apart from any other business I’ve worked with! Caleb was helpful in closing out the deal, rushing things along to finalize the project! These guys treated me like a family member, making a tough scenario for me very easy! The new home owners now have a beautiful new exterior and I firmly believe it’s because First Call is a well oiled machine with customer care top of mind. Google wouldn’t allow for 10 stars, so I settled on 5! Thank you for everything! I’ll miss interacting with these guys! Top notch!

Tom was great to work with. He helped my in-laws with every step of recovery after the fire they had. He was professional, he arranged the contractors, and he made sure they were happy throughout the restoration. He prefers local contractors, which is great because you know who they are, where they’re from, and the level of service you’ll get from them. For my in-laws to accomplish this on their own would have been a challenge. Firstcall communicated with their insurance company and helped make sure the claim was completed. We are glad for their service and support!

World class service! Our project manager, Tom Campbell, delivered on every promise. Repairs were completed promptly with an attention to detail. We experienced a major loss due to water damage. Lost the entire kitchen and lower level family room. We now have an unintentional but very beautiful remodel. I highly recommend Firstcall Restoration!!

Had a sewage back up that effected three full bathrooms; 2 on the first and one in the basement. The upstairs just required new baseboards and trim from water exposure. The sewage came down through the ceiling, damaging a section of the HVAC system, bathroom ceiling, drywall, ceiling light exhaust fan and heater. Had to remove the drywall, put up new, new vanity, paint, baseboards. I was given First Call as a very reliable source of assistance. From the time I called, they consistently proved to be reliable and responsible. They came out, did the damage assessment, and provided me with an estimate that I thought was reasonable and accurate. From the beginning to the end of the project, I was never out of the loop. They were excellent in keeping me informed. Mark, the project manager and Mike, were exceptionally easy to work with. I always knew in advance what crew was coming in and when, and what tasks they would be doing. The level of communication was exceptional. To me, they set the standard for what Customer Service and responsiveness should be. I do not have any hesitation in recommending them if unfortunately you should find yourself in need of restorations services. They will ALWAYS be my first call! Thank you

Tom Campbell and Firstcall took care of our project at my Church In Viola. He was very good at communicating with our repairs and was very easy to work with. He took care of everything and the contractors were all great to work with as well. I plan to hire them for myself personally if ever needed in the future.
