Inspection was needed for our pre drywall inspection and Vincent was open and ready to help. He answered all my questions and followed up after the inspection very promptly and went through what he did/found. His inspection report was easy to read and the pictures were very helpful in understanding what exactly he was looking at. Definitely would recommend to anyone buying a home!

Jay did our inspection and was excellent! When I called Vincent, we had only days to schedule and get inspection before closing as home builder gave us zero time to schedule this properly (probably by design) and Vincent and Jay came through in our time of need! Jay was extremely thorough and explained his findings to us when he had finished the inspection. He found a ton of items that needed attention and was well worth the inspection price. This was a new home inspection, and I wondered if we needed an inspection for a new home, and the answer is yes! And if you need an inspection for any home, I couldn't recommend them more. They did a fantastic job for me and my family, and I will be hiring again for the 11 month inspection to get the most out of my home warranty. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
