Eric quite literally saved me from purchasing a home that could have been a maintenance nightmare — he uncovered issues from a lightning strike and electrical surge that the builder had not disclosed. His thoroughness and expertise gave me the confidence to walk away from what could have been a very costly mistake. Beyond the inspection itself, Eric was generous with his time and expertise. When I uncovered foundation issues on that first home, he willingly reviewed photos I shared and provided recommendations that helped me better understand the severity of the problem. Eric is truly excellent at what he does. He thoroughly explained everything he inspected in the home, including using a gas meter, temperature check, and thermal imaging readings. He provided clear evidence right after the inspection, and all of it was done at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him!

Matt was very flexible with us while scheduling a date and time for the inspection of our new home. When he arrived at the house on the scheduled day, he noticed the house was not ready to be inspected and did not charge us for driving out there. Overall great experience. Contacted within one day for services, thoroughly explained their process, what they inspect, and what they don't. I purchased an older home and Matt explained in more detail what comes along with older homes. Seamless process, online payment method. Very communicative during this entire experience!!!
