Edward Inspections

Communication was second to none. As a first time home buyer I didnt know what to except during the home inspection process. During the initial conversation Marvin walked me through the scheduling process. Afterwards he followed up with me to ensure I selected the proper inspections required for the property. While inspecting the property Marvin contacted me to let me everything was looking good and he would be sending me the report in a few hours. The inspection was very thorough with a detailed report of all current and potential issues. His communication skills and patience really made the inspection process very easy to navigate.

He is the best. He came in a very professional manner and he told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a solution. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He gave me a lesson on sewer and plumbing. I will always recommend him to others because he not only cares about his work, but he cares about the people that he is helping to

Marvin was an excellent inspector. He checked things I would not have thought of checking. He took his time inspecting the property and explaining things that need repairs. Marvin completed an inspection for a home I'm hoping to buy. He was punctual, thorough, and informative. Buying a new home is stressful enough. Marvin is a great home inspector he inspected my roof and ceilings before and after the work was done. He gets straight to the point with these contractors if the job they did is not acceptable he will tell them up front what to correct and that he will be back to do a another inspection on it when done. When Marvin is smiling then I'm smiling, because I know it's done correctly. I am so proud that a trustworthy and knowledgeable person like Marvin was sent this way I really appreciate everything. He is good guy respectful BUT after 1 year the amount of money i spent on repairs so far it’s ridiculous He can be fooled by some paint. He said everything looked good good but I think he only talk about paint but underneath it is all molded damaged Just caulking and paint. He just see what we see . We actually see better that’s why he gonna ask you to come with him 2 sets of eyes better.. please don’t use him it’s not just the money you gonna give him you gonna lose but you gonna lose lot money on repairs for house you worked hard to get and you trust him to check everything wrong .. and all these repairs according to his contract fall within the 20% that He cannot guarantee Replying to you, sir, so from what you telling me you Charging $350 an hour To miss a lot of stuff and what’s funny every contractor comes here to fix that. Tell me the same thing you didn’t get any inspector when you bought the house. We not talking about maintaining, sir maintaining the house is different than fixing the prior issue for the stuff that you missed as an inspector you should told us about it.
