I recently had Allen from Inspection Pro conduct a home inspection for my new property, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment he arrived, Allen was incredibly nice and professional, putting me at ease during what can be a stressful process. He was extremely informative, taking the time to explain every detail in a way that was easy to understand. His years of experience really shone through as he pointed out potential issues and maintenance tips. I highly recommend Allen and Inspection Pro for anyone needing a reliable home inspection! 5 stars!

If we could give Allen 10 stars we would! He has gone above and beyond to explain each service. We have a fairly new home and saw a leak and like any new home owner freaked out. I called Allen immediately as we have worked with him for all our home inspection in the past. Allen was fully booked but adjusted his schedule to fit us in on July 4th which is federal holiday. He has next level costumer obsession and commitment. He was able to troubleshoot our leak and give us immediate relief. It can be scary as first time home owners to find an inspection pro we can trust. We are so happy to have found Allan he truly goes beyond the ask and delivers exceptional work. His prices are very reasonable and his work is exceptional. Thank you Allen for your service and support. You have a customer for life!

I called inspection pro to see if I could schedule an inspection due to the reviews and pricing. When I spoke with Alan, he told me that he usually is booked out a week ahead. He then explained the importance of this, and the relation to the contingency periods for inspections. This was all new information to me. We had to go with someone else who had more availability sooner, but I would highly recommend using Inspection Pro if you can. He's well priced and even when he gets nothing out of it, he make sure you know what you need to look for in an inspector.

I wish this was 10000x stars because 5 does no justice for this man's work! Alan was not only helpful but caring and super informative. My situation he helped me with was everything !! my family & I cannot thank him enough. Allen @ Inspection Pro provided a very thorough inspection of my 90 year old home. Allen is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the challenges of owning an older home. I was very impressed that Allen actually crawled under the house. He explained that he can determine the true condition of the foundation by physical access. The detailed report was awesome. Even though there are major repairs, I can prioritize needed repairs. I appreciate the time and expertise Allen provided during the inspection and the through report. I would highly recommend Allen for your home inspection needs.

Allen gave our potential future home a very thorough inspection and was kind enough to take the time to walk us through the house and explain in detail the results. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and the inspection Allen gave the home gave us the confidence to know this is the right home for us. We used inspection Pro for a home inspection of a home that we were interested in purchasing. We have experience over the years with multiple home purchases and sales and we wanted to avoid our previous mistakes we have made by using inspectors whom we ultimately realized had not been very thorough. We are happy to say that Allen was very thorough and helpful at explaining his findings and guiding the relative significance of items he identified. He was professional, knowledgeable, and timely.
