He did multiple tests, the entire time taking the time to educate me on any and all questions I had, and his report was outstandingly thorough. I cannot say enough good things about Nick and Mold Assessment Group. Nick responded to my call right away and scheduled an appointment within a few days. He came to my house and took time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and address every concern I had about possible mold issues. He crawled in the attic, through the crawl space and checked every room. He took pictures to show me areas of other concerns he located even though they were not significant issues. Had a great experience with Nick. He was able to get to our home the same day I called. Nick is very professional and knowledgeable - he taught me a lot about mold.
