Disclaimer: I did not use Mike and MoldTestKC, BUT I would like to share that the reason is solely because Mike was honest and transparent enough to tell me I didn't need a test. After speaking with me for 20+ minutes over the phone, he said he was confident that with how I was describing my situation, that I would not need to test for mold. I have owned my home for over a decade and only had this type of transparency 1 other time...where a contractor was able to provide honest feedback to talk themselves OUT of a job...and I appreciate this because being a homeowner is expensive. Having a company like this in my back pocket helps me know when I truly need work done - not just a sales person in a contractor's uniform. Thanks again!
