Best inspector in Texas..who Blake Dudley! When I tell you I was so impressed by this man's expertise and professionalism, this review still does not do him justice. Not only was he able to take my appointment at the last minute, but he came well prepared and gave me a very detailed list of his findings and went over it in person so I had a full understanding of what needed to be fixed. The only person I want looking at my home is Blake. I will not hesitate to call him in the future. Blake, you are amazing!!!! Thank you so much. I now have a piece of mind knowing my new home was inspected thoroughly, and the issues he pointed out were addressed immediately.

Blake provided great insight and honest feedback on two homes we were interested in buying. He was timely, thorough, and responsive to our questions and concerns. He was willingly spent time explaining and even showing us (not just the pictures, but showing us things around the properties) both the positive and negative findings. Blake was easy to talk to and very professional. We would highly recommend him.

Jason inspected out new home in Celina and at my age I have bought many homes and have had many inspections done, but Jason was the most thorough and best by far. He was up to date on all new technology and features and he caught even the most minute detail. It made our builder walk through a very productive experience. I was provided with excellent information to do a good job in caring for all aspects of my new home. Great job ! Jason definitely exceeded our expectations!

Both Jason and Blake were awesome to work with. I worked specifically with Blake and we communicated effectively and often about my pool inspection. I had a quick option period as well so he fit me in his schedule to help accommodate. His report was reasonablly priced and very thorough. There was even a section of the pool where something was wrong and he was not above himself in admitting he was unsure of the problem. I recommend using Master Spec if you have any inspection needs. Great customer service which you dont get of a lot these days. 10/10 experience

We used Master Spec for our new build house. As a first time home buyers and owners all this process is very stressful and confusing but I’m happy that I choose them to do our home inspection. They definitely offered the best price compared to everyone else I know. Blake was excellent to work with. He was very thorough, explained each and every findings and answered any and all questions we had. He’s very knowledgeable. We got our report within 3 hrs! Highly recommend and will for sure use the same company if needed.

Jason did a detailed inspection with video and pictures. Really exceeded my expectations and spent time going over everything with us. I would use again for another home.
