I was really was Impressed with Jason from Superior Inspections. He was on time, thorough and went through the report with me to show areas of concern to bring up to the builder. As a realtor, I work with inspectors all the time and am confident he knew what he was doing. Highly recommend and the pricing was great!

Jason was very professional and personable. For our 11 month inspection he checked every area of our house and then gave us the report of his findings which we are forwarding to the warranty dept of our builder. Had our 11 month inspection completed today by Superior Inspections. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Looked into several different inspection companies and went with Superior because of their history of 5 star reviews. Was in complete agreement with their service. Inspection took about 2 hours and they found several things that needed to be addressed and fixed that I was able to turn into my builder to get taken care of before our one year warranty was up. Jason even pointed out things that were maintenance things that I could do that my builder didn’t even suggest. Thermal imaging, actually getting on the roof to inspect and the sprinkler system inspection were all included in their price. Their price was inline with the others, but they just do more of the same amount. Definitely recommend using them. Most definitely going to recommend to friends in the neighborhood.

Jeremy took the time to complete a thorough home inspection, as well as provide an informative explanation of his findings. I appreciated their prompt response and flexibility as I needed to schedule a last minute home inspection.
