I have to say that Chandler Family Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof. It was completed in one day, his crew arrived in time, and even with a little delay from the rain that morning they still manage to complete the job before 2pm. Great service, good price, and very honest company owner.

We had them replace the garage roof at our apartment building in Chicago. They gave us a price and when they arrived discovered that we needed additional rafters in the roof. They honored the original quote and we only paid for the additional material required to fix the roof properly. They also installed aluminum trim around the 3 exterior doors. All of the work was performed professionally, pictures sent to us as the work was completed. We are very happy with the result of thier work and will use them for some work to our home.

We found Chandler Family Roofing by doing a google search. And I'm glad we did! They assessed the issues related to our 3 flat roofs and gave us a very good price for the work to be done. They scheduled our work quickly and was at our home bright and early with about 10+ workers to get the job done. They completed the work in under 4 hours. The workers were polite and made sure to clean up afterwards. When they left, it was like they were never here. Our roofs look great and looking forward to no leaks. Chandler Family Roofing did a great job on my shingle Reroof. They showed up bright and early, as promised. The roof was finished in a day. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The owner Robert Chandler and his son were very professional and explained to process thoroughly. I was not home that day and the son texted me many pics of their progress throughout the day. I’m totally pleased their work. Plus Mr. Chandler selected the perfect shingles to compliment the bricks and mortar.

This roofing company responded to my request to repair a roof leak immediately after contact. They accessed the issue and explained was needed to make my roof whole. They complained the repair the same day. The team was clean and professional. I was present during the repair, as it is a rental. Daniel Chandler and his crew installed a Tarp on my roof today to help me get through the winter. In 2026 I will get the entire roof replaced. But until then, the Tarp will suffice. His crew were very professional and courteous. They arrived on schedule and completed the job in a timely manner.
