The communication and updates provided, including before, during, and after photos, were extremely helpful as we were not always on the property. The team completed the roof in just two days and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. All contracts, payments, and warranty paperwork were signed and provided. Our roof looks fantastic! Simon and his team were a pleasure to work with. I have a concrete tile roof that is original to the home. We hadn't properly done maintenance over the years which lead to leaks. Simon came on site and did a walkthrough going in detail what services were needed. He was knowledgeable and provided the correct services rather than trying to upsell me compared to other roofers. The preventative service maintenance will continue to keep my roof going for many years to come. The team also fixed my dry rot chimney, fantastic work.

We had horrible rain/wind and the roof leaked and life was horrible. Simon of Trio Roofers came within a day, tarped, and at first inspector availabilty had his crew re-roof. They did a superb job, not just re-doing what was there; but, improving the roof to even beyond code. Excellent job.
