I wish I could give Infinity a positive review based on our initial experience, but after wasting over 6 months with Infinity Roofing & Restoration, we received zero assistance and were left to deal with our insurance claim alone. Things started promisingly - our sales rep was cool, communication was good and timely, and we felt confident moving forward. However, everything completely broke down when it came time to submit the final estimate to insurance. The core issue: Infinity created their initial estimate assuming our insurance would update something on our policy that insurance flat-out refused to update. We were initially quoted an out-of-pocket cost of $1,500, but due to an oversight on their part - one that was clearly evident weeks in advance - our actual cost ballooned to $13,000. I'm the one who caught this mistake and brought it to their attention. Rather than taking accountability, they insisted this was an "easy update" that insurance needed to make. They had us sign with their lawyer to pursue the matter. After more than a month of waiting for the lawyer to review our case, we received a letter dropping us as clients with absolutely zero explanation as to why. Six months of our time, all the stress of dealing with insurance and roof damage, and we're back at square one with nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency, poor oversight on their estimate, and ultimate abandonment after getting us to sign legal paperwork is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company. Look elsewhere for your roofing needs.

There I were, outside talking about how the roof needed to be replaced, when Antonio showed up and offered to get it done for me. Antonio made the process effortless and after negotiating with the insurance, he made sure everything was squared away. I highly recommend this company, especially if the rest of them do business like Antonio Dickerson!

Michael Gonzales was our contact person with Infinity. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the somewhat confusing process of dealing with the insurance company. He was very patient with us as we asked numerous questions. He made sure that the infinity team fought to get us the best possible settlement. The crew that did the work was extremely efficient and took great care to not damage the many trees we have around our house. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

My family had a wonderful experience with Billy at Infinity Roofing. The workers came early and stayed late, replacing our entire roof in just a matter of days. They were clean and respectful and VERY hard working. Billy did an excellent job staying in communication and answering all of my questions. My 20 year old house looks brand new now. We had exceptional service from Billy and Infinity Roofing. He worked alongside our insurance company for a seamless experience. Billy was often on site checking in on the quality of work he personally checked the yard afterwards for any metal scrap or screws. The roofing crew was professional, clean, courteous, and completed the job in a timely manner. The end result was a roof more beautiful than the original.
