Blue Hammer Roofing

I was referred to this company by my neighbors and friends. I think from the start their communication was great and walked me through every step of the way. Their team of 11 day if came and did amazing work, very professional, Timely, and their clean up after was pretty impeccable. I was very impressed and Christian and Jerry were great to work with. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. We found three separate areas of the roof that needed to be cut out and fixed and they were able to do that.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Tim Ellis is the man (attached is his card—call him!). I was really not looking forward to replacing my roof. A lot of contractors came by, but Tim won my trust and made this whole experience incredibly easy. He’s excellent at managing his team and completing the work swiftly and professionally. I never imagined the process could be this smooth. Tim and Dustin even helped handle communication with my insurance company, making the entire claim process easy to manage. Words can’t fully express how pleased I am. They even coordinated with a contractor to remove and reinstall my solar panels. Talk about full service!

I can't say enough good things about the entire team at Blue Hammer. My insurance company originally denied my claim (not surprising) but Blue Hammer persisted- they were tenacious on my behalf. The insurance eventually agreed that a new roof was justified. Blue Hammer's communication was amazing - discussed the whole process, made sure I understood their differentiators in their materials and how they do their work and the plan for installation day. On install day, they showed up on time and went to work. My quality control manager for the project (Jerry) kept me updated all day with photos and videos. They did amazing work. They finished right when they said they would. A few of the things that really stand out, besides the awesome communication, is their level of detail. On installation day, they put plastic and/or wood barriers around the whole perimeter of the house (fence, AC units) and even covered the pool, in order to keep our area free of debris. They moved anything that would be in the way and could get damaged. At the end of the project, they put everything back EXACTLY how it was which was very impressive. They also checked with my neighbors and made sure to pick up any debris that may have gone in their yard. And then, to top it all off, they go over the whole yard with magnets to make sure every nail and staple is off the ground. It's very impressive. I can't even tell they were here other than the fact I have an awesome new roof. Jason was my project manager and he was incredible. He's very knowledgable about the work but also navigating all the insurance hoops which is huge. His communication couldn't have been better. He's a rockstar. Matthew was awesome on the appraisals, estimate, etc side. He did a lot of great work in advocating for me with my insurance company. He did a great job. As I mentioned before, Jerry was a great QC manager onsite running the install. Things ran like a well oiled machine. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Blue Hammer is run like a real company which is hard to find in this business. They have integrity and their goal is help you, the customer. Use them, don't even shop around. They are the best.

An experience to remember; my roofing experience with Blue Hammer was nothing short of exceptional and the real appreciation goes to Zane Coleman. I was aware that I perhaps needed a new roof, but not sure just how bad. I got home from work one evening and found a card in my door, it stated that I had a few shingles loose on my roof and that he would like to talk to me about roof replacement, and at the very least he would gladly stop by and nail down the loose shingles at no cost. Well that certainly was deal I could not pass up. We scheduled a time, met, he did what he said he would do, (nail down the loose shingles), and we had a conversation. In that conversation, there was a question of whether or not my home owners insurance would approve a new roof. Zane was certain that weather had been a part of the roofing issue, I asked could he get it done, he stated, it might be a bit of a challenge but that he could get it done. Well, long story short, the insurance company denied the claim and it was a bit of a challenge. Zane along with Ted didn't just guide me through the process, they walked with me! It took some time to get the issurance to approve, but it all came together and I couldn't be happier. I appreciate Ted, & Blue Hammer, most impressive though, was the young man who left his card in my door by the name of Zane Coleman, he was friendly yet professional, he made a commitment to get me a new roof and he stood by his word. There was a moment or two when I was a bit doubtful, but Zane was unwavering in his belief and effort, he was in it, to win it, and that he did. He is indeed a young man of integrity. I love my new roof and the experience was made easy because Zane and his team know their Business....thank you team for making the process a pleasant one!

We had hail and wind damage. Blue Hammer came out and secured loose shingles and covered the exposed area as a courtesy before we even talked about roof repairs. They met with my insurance appraiser and assisted me navigate the claim process which I greatly appreciated. On the day we scheduled for the roof replacement, they were on time and did a great job. They covered the perimeter of the house and pool. Kept me updated on the progress throughout the whole project. When they left my yard was cleaner then when they showed up. At every phase they were professional and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof or repairs.

The best experience I have ever had with a roofing contractor. The staff worked with my insurance company even though the insurance company denied the claim several times. I honestly wasn't sure if my roof needed to be replaced, I saw the guys replacing my neighbor's roof, and I approached to them, and they asked me if I wanted to get my roof inspected. I said yes, why not, a few minutes later, Tim showed up and checked the roof, after he showed me the pictures of the damage in my roof, just by providing him the insurance information, he called and started the claim. He even showed up when the insurance adjuster came to see the roof. The team replaced my roof with no time, and also the quality manager was sending me photos taken by the drone to show me the whole process. Just the whole thing was so smooth and done professionally. I do recommend their services to anyone want to get their roof replaced. They have the best professional team and they will take care of you. Thank you Blue Hammer.!!
