I had a great experience with ELO from start to finish. Ryan stopped by and in a very short time went over all aspects of the roof replacement. I appreciated that he was not pushy, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. The crew started and finished my two-story roof in a day and a half. They were professional and very well organized. The job foreman, Jay stopped by several times to check with his crew and I to ensure the job was moving along smoothly. I can’t say enough about these guys and the experience. I would highly recommend Elo Roofing and I will be using them again on my Home in Jacksonville. thanks again, Ryan and Jay! To sum up my experience, promise made promise broke. EPIC FAIL My invoice is paid in full and they will not release photos, warranty guarantee or any other info requested until the credit card payment has cleared their bank. This is a first for me. Oh look, I guess the payment cleared, the warranty info was sent. I have concerns if I ever need warranty work on the project in the future after voicing my concerns. Jay the site foreman was not here more than 2 hours the first day and a no show the second day. I was told by salesman Ryan that a foreman would be here all day and someone would be cleaning up and picking up nails all day long. Jay said this crew doesn’t do it that way and ignored what was promised me (my wife and I are diabetic and nails are a concern) I asked to borrow a nail magnet for a couple days after the job was completed and I picked up about 4 pounds of nails which I gave to Ryan. I’m still waiting for a decision about screen damage to my lanai (see pictures of how workers treat project when site manager not present) We tried to ask the crew questions while jay was away but they did not speak English so we got head nods and yes. There were 11 people that showed up in 2 vans and at the end of day 1, 7 people left in 1 van that only had 2 seats. This did not look anything like the pictures ELO posts about their jobs I really doubt the screen will get repaired, I doubt they are that forthcoming, but let’s hope they do the right thing. This job reminds me of dealing with a cross country moving company that subcontracts the job. Well the screen got repaired but communication was not as promised.

Elo Roofing From the first meeting with Project Manager Sam Wilkins, I continued to be very impressed throughout the whole process!! Sam is so friendly, yet very professional, explaining everything so well, which made me feel confident in choosing Elo. Everything went so smoothly, like clockwork. The project coordinator, Laura Schepp was wonderful to work with, taking care of all the fun stuff (paperwork)! The on site foreman, Jay Alligood did a great job, answering any questions I had! The crew worked very efficiently, finishing in less than two days! The crew also did an amazing cleanup after job was done! And now I have a Beautiful roof!! Elo Roofing is quite simply The Best!!!

Advisor Romulo Guzman walked me thru the process and all went seamlessly from beginning to end.The crew were excellent, clean and quite quiet considering the nailing, screwing and saw cutting that is obvious to be heard . Afterward Romulo came and did a nail screw sweep and till now he was so thorough at that , that I haven’t found any .I’d hate for my roof to get damaged ; but if it does, I will definitely use Elo Roofing again. I recently had my entire roof replaced by Elo Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Rom, Summer, Nicole and their team were professional, prompt, and thorough. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The work itself was efficiently completed with attention to detail. The sales rep was nice, but didn't i realize once he received the sale, he couldn't answer much of my questions after. He kind of fluffed his way through which caused him to provide wrong information which ended up with me having to pay an unexpected 5k out of pocket. The workers were met very messy and I ended up loosing a couple plands and nails in my shoe.

Elo Roofing was outstanding! I was in a hurry to get this done after the insurance company approved the work and had a small window of opportunity before I went on a trip for 3 weeks. After contacting Dan Christ he got the ball rolling and was able to get my new roof replaced in less than 2 weeks and I had peace of mind when I was on vacation. Any time I needed something Dan responded almost immediately. Inside their office Tara Strealer was got all the paperwork done quickly. Both treat their customers like Kings. They should be commended. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Elo Roofing is a top notch company.
