Cory and his team are the best of the best! I had a bad experience with another roofing company and they came in and worked diligently to get everything resolved. They are an honest, reliable company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. I was dealing with a very complicated insurance claim and Cory walked me through every step. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. He made calls, sent pictures and videos, and did everything he could to help with my claim. Ultimately my roof was covered by insurance. Communication was excellent! I was always able to get in touch and they checked in with me regularly. When it was time to replace the roof, the process was flawless. They protected my property, so no damage was done. They even tarped everything in my attic and swept up after to keep everything clean in the process. I am so impressed with this company! They are good, honest people and do amazing work!

His guidance and professionalism was top notch, and he made the whole process of getting our roof replaced and major house work done so much easier. As I had wind and hail damage on my roof from recent storms, I contacted a number of roofing contractors for bids on replacement. Contractors can notoriously always be difficult to work with. My Town Roofing (Ryan Dunn) was the ONLY one who actually pulled out a ladder and climbed on the roof to inspect the damage, taking pictures of it all the way around. Major Fussell was here the day the insurance adjuster came out and went through the damage with him. After looking at all of the estimates, I ended up selecting them as the contractor to do the job. Their estimate was in line with other quotes I had received. Tarps were placed everywhere during the removal and installation. At best, there were a handful of stray nails and a few pieces of old shingles that I found. They answered the phone when I called them with a question, or returned calls for anything in a timely manner. When they estimated materials, they calculated all of the different pitches/hips/valleys/dormers on the roof and ended up with only 3 bundles of shingles left over. They were spot on with their material calculations and labor estimate, with no hidden or extra costs beyond what was agreed to in the contract. Two days and there is a beautiful new roof on my house. Based on their professionalism, quality of work, estimated cost being accurate especially with what insurance would cover, it was overall a very positive experience dealing with them.

We saw some wet ceiling spots and were referred to Ryan at My Town Roofing to assess our roof. He identified potential hail damage, which insurance confirmed. The My Town Roofing team is hard working, professional, and honest. They got us on the schedule quickly and finished the job on time.
