Springfield Roofing

Springfield Roofing has some terrific teams and can really be recommended. They removed two layers of shingle tiles and installed new base plywood, architectural grade shingles with a roof vent, flashing etc. The quality of workmanship is faultless and it was all done in two days. I also had gutters and downspouts replaced and painted as well as the fascias & rake boards plus the exterior window frames painted. That, too, was done most professionally with the least amount of interruption and the best clean up operation. I can thoroughly recommend this company for any roofing needs. They are all also extremely pleasant to deal with.

After speaking with several contractors, all who were highly rated, I selected Springfield Roofing. Why? The sales representative, Ben, worked with me and combined my preferences with his expertise to get the scope of work just right for me, and the crew did an excellent job of replacing my roof. Already after only one day, I have already had several neighbors stop by and tell me what a good job it is, that they were watching the install while I was away at work. I guess I was the entertainment of the neighborhood this week, with so many people watching the work going on. The crew was great and very knowledgeable, identifying at least three areas where the previous roof was not correctly installed, in one case causing a large rotten spot that they also fixed, in another, modifying poorly installed flashing. I completely recommend them and would have no hesitation to use them again.

Being new to the Georgetown area, we were delighted with the speed of the response, inspection and professionalism of Ben at Springfield. We wanted to ensure that our painted aluminum metal roof was properly updated and repainted so we would be ready to weather the winter. Springfield got the work done efficiently, repairing what needed fixing and applying the roof coating to extend the life of our metal roof.

Just had Springfield Roofing complete a roof job for my home. Andrew Watson was excellent, easy to talk to, up-front/honest. He provided an easy no-pressure quote (unlike others I had come over) that was VERY competitively priced. He kept me updated as materials were ordered and notified me when work would begin. They brought a 10-person crew and completed the entire installation in a single day. They were meticulous in their work and clean-up, no scraps left behind. Would recommend!
