If I could give 10 stars, I would! Working with Davila Construction has been amazing and made our life so easy! We got in touch with Chris and Luis after the hail storm in March and Luis was able to come to our house the next day and he found pretty extensive damage. When the insurance adjuster came out a few days later, both Luis and Chris came out and walked around the property with him to make sure nothing was missed. From the start of this process, they treated our home as if it was their own with the utmost care and respect. After hearing from the insurance company, we learned that there were portions of our roof that would not be covered by insurance. Chris and Luis fought for us and insurance actually covered more than they initially stated which was a huge relief! This was one of many instances where they went the extra mile for us! When the day came to replace the roof, Chris, Luis, and their crew were right on time and got rolling right away. As they took apart the old roof, they found pretty extensive damage as a result of the old roof not being installed well. They documented everything and made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. At no point did we ever feel like we were in the dark. After each day of work, everything was cleaned up and we never found any debris in the yard. Luis was also incredibly kind to show us and explain everything that they found and how they were fixing it. Once everything was completed, Luis and Chris offered to take us up to the roof and show us the finished product and it was amazing! There was so much care in even the smallest details and the beautiful part is that they were able to get insurance to cover nearly everything! Every part of working with these guys was amazing and easy but above all, Chris, Luis and their crew are just incredible people that always have a smile on their face and are so easy to get along with! We cannot recommend them enough and we will definitely be calling them with any future projects! Do yourself a favor and choose these guys! You won’t regret it!

Davila Construction is a top notch organization! Our roof was old and needed replacing. We had a recommendation to contact them from a local realtor. We contacted three companies and chose Davila because . . . we received a call from Chris and Luis within the hour, they came to my house the next day to see what needed to be done, and had a quote in our hands within the week. The quote was not the cheapest but their work proved to be well worth it! They offer quality roofing material choices, they replaced old rotting wood, put in new vents, exhaust pipes, and edging. They fixed problematic gutter placement. They did not cut any corners. Another big plus was the care and protection they exhibited to our landscape and patio. Nothing was damaged. We are so happy with the work their team did we are going to use them for painting also. You can trust them 100%!

Moved to Greensboro from Wilmington and the movers truck destroyed the gutter on the house. Davila Construction came out and repaired it and it looks just like new. They also cleaned the debris off my roof and cleared out a gutter for me while they were up on the roof. Didn’t ask to do that but the extra service was amazing. Means a lot to a customer. Chris was very friendly and his team worked fast and efficient. Highly recommend and will be using again!

We had a roof replacement and a gutter installed on our home today and are so pleased with the results! Chris and his team did an amazing job! They were very professional and honest throughout the entire process. Chris used quality materials and left our yard looking spotless when the job was done. I had a failed roof boot at my house and Chris sent Abraham to my house within two days to fix it. Abraham worked efficiently and cleaned everything up all within a couple hours. He was so nice and communicative throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend Davila Construction enough! AMAZING people, AMAZING work, great prices!

Excellent quality workmanship and professionalism. They came over during a storm to identify location of a leak & diagnosed several issues that needed to be addressed with our roof. Helped us out with several projects. Great to work with!

Chris and his crew are absolutely amazing! After a recent hail storm we needed our roof looked at and a friend told us to call Chris and I’m so happy we did! He came out promptly, gave us an estimate and worked with our insurance company. Chris was always keeping us posted on the next step and always patient with all of my questions.
