They worked with me to develop a clear scope of work before the project started and they handled the process from demo to finish. Gustavo provided great customer service. We found a water leak over a year after the project was complete and Gustavo honored his warranty. He investigated the source and found an issue in the shower pan waterproofing. They replaced the pan and tile as soon as possible. I greatly appreciate their commitment to quality and customer service. Universal Remodel did an amazing job with my hot tub surround. I bought the surround material off Amazon and Juan installed it so it looks brand new!!! He is professional and fast! He also installed a laundry room cabinet and his workmanship is flawless!!! I will be using him in the future!!
