They did a fair job and got our roof done in one day; however, we have major concerns. We moved our cars as instructed but didn’t think to move other small items in our yard. The workers broke my garden flag and windmill my parents just gifted us. The biggest thing that is a major letdown is that there were dozens of nails left in our driveway. We discovered that after we put our cars back. We also just got new tires. I will be calling Monday morning to express how upset we are. I will edit this review to say that Lane House did call us back after we spoke with them about our experience and they have offered to replace our garden flag stand and flag. I thank them for that and appreciate them coming back to our house to check our yard for more nails. Thank you, Lane House for your professionalism in handling our concerns. It is very appreciated! I have given you more stars for your kind customer service.

We found ourselves in need of a new roof, mostly due to age but some damage as well, and after a lengthy search, we chose Lane House Roofing & Exteriors. Not only was their quote very competitive, but the quality of their work is outstanding and done in a timely manner! Kerry House, president of Lane House Roofing & Exteriors came by one evening after I was off work, very convenient for me, and walked my wife and I through the whole process after he did thorough inspection of the roof, making a list of material needs. We decided to go with the 50-year warranty architectural shingles and to add a ridge vent, removing some old pan vents. We all went outside with the color book and picked a color that matched our house perfectly. One week later, after a rain delay of one day, the crew showed up before sunrise with their dumpster and had the roof torn off in what seemed like an hour or so. By 11am, the roof was completed, my yard was clean, and the dogs were back outside for some sun. Total time on the job was about 5 hours, not because they cut any corners, but because our ranch house has a pretty simple, straight line roof, and Mr. House, great name for a contractor by the way , sent a large enough crew to knock it out in no time. If you are in need of a roof or any exterior work, I couldn't recommend Lane House Roofing & Exteriors more! I forgot to mention the 5 year warranty from Lane House covering their workmanship. Overall, it is an excellent value for the money spent!

We had extensive damage from a storm and needed a new roof and siding. Gail came out and did a very thorough inspection of the damage. Gail worked extremely hard with our insurance company to have the whole house siding replaced due to lack of being able to match color. They were always timely with getting estimates and paper work that I needed for our claim. The work performed was excellent. They were happy to put up new lights for me instead of reinstalling the old ones. They came back and inspected the property several times to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Clean up after both jobs was excellent. The office staff were always responsive to my calls. They had been recommended to me from a friend and I would certainly use them for another job.

Get EVERYTHING they tell you in writing regarding pricing and "favors" they say they will do for you because when it comes time for you to pay, everything they told you to get your business goes right out the window. They do not honor their word, even when called out. By then they've done the job - what do they care?? If these are the type of people you want to do business with, go for it. I would never recommend them to anyone I know.

I fully recommend Lane House for anything you need done to your house!! My neighborhood got hit by a small tornado ruining multiple roofs along with tons of other damage to houses. Lane house was quick and professional, which took so much stress from the situation. We were one of the lucky first houses to get our roof fixed thanks to Lane house! Another great bonus in my opinion is they recycle your old shingles, so saving the environment and your check book.
