I was referred to Presidential Construction by my insurance agent. When we decided to replace our roof I did get a few other quotes but decided on Presidential. Dealing with the company has been totally trouble free. The work was completed quickly and the quality of the work was excellent.
Jake and his team at Presidential Construction were amazing to work with. From start to finish, Jake was involved and helpful. He’s very knowledgeable. He met with our insurance adjusters to help us and was so organized. His crews were timely, hard working, kind, and left without a mess. I would call Jake again in a heartbeat and I would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Jake was great to work with! Informative, patient, responsive, and just a genuinely nice guy! He helped us choose the right color and style of shingles, and gave us a few addresses to drive by to see other roofs he had installed. Even got some drone pictures of our house after the roof was complete! Overall a great experience!!
Jake provides solid and thorough work. His advice is practical; he was able to explain multiple concepts regarding at least three aspects of our roof complications without sales pitches. He simply provided data/information and walked through each aspect of our roof structure to consider addressing. He then provides reasonable quotes… His fixes have addressed our problems and we will turn to him in the future for additional service.
Jake is great. Any issues we had or questions he was always there to answer. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!
