John Beal Roofing

They RUSHED out to bid the job once I reached out about hail damage and that was the best service I got. They still have yet to finish the job, will not return my phone calls, their sub contractor says "that's how I do my work" when questioned about missing screws and missing caulk on my TPO roof. I'm sorry, but NO, I want it done the CORRECT way. They broke newly tuck pointed brick that we paid $4500 for (mind you their bid for tuck pointing was $11,500...INSANE). I still have not paid because the job is not done. At this point I would love to be done with them but refuse to settle for a horribly done job. Oh, and they dropped a tool THROUGH my roof and into my bedroom during the roof replacement because they were not paying attention. They completely forgot about out gutter replacement until I called them out on it. And they removed the decorative metal dental moulding from the front of my house without discussion or my permission and had no intention of replacing it, and had no idea that they had done anything wrong until I called them out on it. They replaced it with something cheap and that looked nothing like it after I complained. Steel clear, and literally use ANYONE ELSE.

Wilcox did a great job communicating and roofers did a great job as well. I am pleased with my roof. Everything was done and completed in one day. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs roofing done

Extremely disappointed doesn't even come close to describing my disgust with this company. We had a leaking issue on the edge of the roof a few months after the roof was installed. They blamed the gutter company. It took several calls to get Beal out to meet with the gutter company and finally admitted to having installed the edging incorrectly and fixed it. A few months later we had leaking in our bathroom vent. John Beal came out and said they fixed it. The year our warranty ended it leaked again. Called out Happy Roofing who said Beal only caulked the area and never installed flashing. John Beal refused to take care of it because it was no longer under warranty. Now a few years later and we just found out the roof was installed very very poorly. We have wood rotting away under the roofing tiles. It hasn't even been twelve years. Acquaintances have also had poor experiences. They're so terrible I'm tempted to stand on a street corner near their place of business and protest them.

The whole John Beal Roofing Company is a scam stay away from this company they ripped me off. They install the cheapest material on my roof nine months later shingles blowing away. My skylight is broken. They use the cheapest material you can ever buy I called the office and told them about my issue. They said that they’ll give me a call back never got a call back. I called the sales person that came out and sold me the roof. he keep lying to me. He won’t call me back and never calls me back, I called the office again they asked for my address and my name and they start hanging up on me once they get your money you don’t mean nothing to them Forget about the 15 and 30 years warranty Thay tell you about I got scammed they are straight thieves if you read this, don’t get scammed like me choose a better company. I promise you if you deal with this company, you will have nightmares. Phil hogan will go on ur Roof and damage it so he can make your insurance company pay for a new roof so he can make your insurance company pay for a new roof.

My elderly parents were not sure they needed a roof. After getting hit with several hail storms they were concerned. To be safe, they called Derek Metcalf with John Beal roofing and received a free evaluation. Mr. Metcalf and his team determined the roof was damaged and should be replaced. He worked closely with their insurance company and replaced their roof within 2 weeks. We could not be more pleased.

I would like give a Big SHOUT OUT to JOHN BEAL ROOFING Co., company deserves five stars and then some, this was my second time using John Beal co. Had my roof installed back in 2016,and more recent chimney tucking and dormer windows resided with new siding, The workers had a long, hard day but did a great job! It was dark when they finished so they came back out the next day to check their work and clean up. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend John Beal for your home projects. Vincent Pavia was always very professional and patient with the many questions and concerns I had regarding my protects to if even working with me on my pockets. To always being on time.! They do not know how to work with insurance or city codes. Took 7 months to get my roof replaced, and some items still not done, or done wrong. Already sent a bill with everything not done, and the bill is more than what is on the insurance quote.
