From start to finish, the entire team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled. Not many contractors I have dealt with are as professional and efficient as my recent experience with Bora. Scheduling was prompt and they were able to come inspect for a quote soon after I contacted them. Florian was responsive to the questions I asked, making sure that I had options to fit my needs and we were both clear about the scope of the quote. Communication with the office by email and by phone with Cindy was clear and courteous, especially if follow-up was required. On the day of the job, the work crew were very efficient and tidy. I had an excellent experience working with Bora Construction on a bathtub replacement in my apartment. From the very first conversation with Nick, he listened carefully to what I needed and provided a clear, direct quote for exactly the work I requested- no upselling, no "extras", just honesty and transparency. Every other contractor quoted me for a complete rehaul and remodeling of the entire bathroom, which is not the work I asked for. The entire process was smooth, and the finished work was perfect. The project was for the replacement of a damaged roof gable vent. Starting with Cindy, the office manager I explained my problem, She was very polite, set up the appointment for the repair team to come to me home and kept me informed about the appointment, the cost and what to expect. On Tuesday at one pm the repair man was to come and start the repair. He (Luis) arrived on time and replaced the gable. Clean, profession and kept me updated on the repair. In summary, very happy with the repair and the people who work at Bora. I definitely would call Bora again if if I need their professional help again.

Needed to have my 2 car garage sided & since I was clueless on finding a contractor, I turned to Google. Bora Construction was the first listing and after checking the reviews, I was suitably impressed to contact Bora for a quote. Response was immediate & professional and I accepted the very fair quote. Work began within days. The work was exemplary - fast, quick, and perfectly completed. The workers were amazing and their work ethic to perform a job quickly without cutting corners is very impressive. Friendly and informed service from ALL involved. Everything considered, I would have no hesitation to engage Bora with any services they provide. So glad I trusted those Google reviews!

I had my main roof, a lower roof, and my garage roof all completely replaced by Bora just over a year ago. I had a lot of leaks across all of the roofs that were causing further damage and hassles. Nick was great to work with - I ask a LOT of questions, and he took the time to talk through all of the answers, and provided options for me to choose from. The work was spread across 2 days, and even through there were a few surprises when they started pulling off the old materials, they handled it quickly and professionally, always keeping me in the loop. It’s been just over a year, and I’ve had no problems at all across any of the roof replacements. No more leaks! Big thanks to Nick and his team!
