Sought them out for a quote on repairs for a home I was purchasing based on stellar google reviews, I chose Lord’s. Purchased the home and several months later can’t get seem to get them to come out (for whatever reason) and fix what was estimated. I went with another company, they came out today, and I am receiving superior customer service.

In today's world, finding someone who you can trust, who knows what they are doing and is fair is really special. Gary and his team provide services which match those expectations. My experience with them is a couple of roof repairs on my home and rental properties. Gary and his team are awesome in evaluating and correcting my roof issues. I actually didn't read the reviews on Google, (I was referred by a friend), until I went to write this review and I agree with all of them. I'm old school and this is what service was meant to be. Excellent work and they completed the job in one day. Gary also went out of his way to repair a screen that was damaged by an errant shingle falling. When you add in the excellent clean up and the fact that 10% of proceeds will go to our favorite charity we couldn't be happier! PS - this is the first Google review that I have ever written but I was so impressed with the service that I felt that it was important to let prospective customers know about the great work they do. I reached out to Gary, the owner of Lords roofing yesterday for an issue with my shingles from the strong winds over the past couple of days. Gary arrived this morning with one of his employees. They repaired my issues immediately and did a thorough inspection of the rest of my roof. I highly recommend Lords roofing for any issues you may have. Gary is honest, professional and very easy to work with. You will be very happy giving your business to Lords roofing.

Super quick response. Excellent communication. Honest and showed us what needed touched-up and NOT that my roof needed replaced like a "home inspector" said.... "Home inspector" made us lose a buyer for our home!! Zero storm or hail damage. Confirmed roof was good by another reputable roofing company who specializes in roof damage who used a drone to take pics of every area that might have been a concern. Back to Lord's Roofing... Fair price, new vent boots and electrical drop boots put on, sealed a couple nail size holes and a couple small (non-concerning) things. They'll be my first call for any future roofing needs and I'll be recommending them to all who ask.
