His initial inspection of the roof was extremely thorough and he was very interested in making sure he found the root cause of my ice buildup. Great experience working with Joe and his crew at J-Cap. I chose J-Cap over 3 other local installers. Joe’s assessment was the most honest and did not include a bunch of adders and up charges. The crew worked quickly and expertly installed the large roof in just 2 days. At the end of both days, my property was meticulously cleaned. I haven’t found a single stray nail.
