I recently had a full roof replacement done by M&A Contracting, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Matt and Antonio were professional, communicative, and incredibly efficient. The crew completed a full tear-off and replacement in just one day, all while being respectful of my property and keeping everything clean and organized. Their pricing was very fair, and they took the time to explain the entire process up front. Throughout the day, they kept me informed with updates on the progress, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend M&A Contracting to anyone in need of roofing work. I had offers from three other big roofing companies in Buffalo to tear off and rebuild my roof. But I took a chance with M & A Contracting (Matt and Antonio) because they are a small company and the way the owner of the company Mr. Matt explained everything was great. Their price was significantly better as well. He had about 12 guys show up to my property and I had a newly reconstructed roof in the matter of a day. Matt and Antonio are partners. They were both here rotationally during the construction period and continuously answered questions before and after completion of the roof. I am more than happy/satisfied to say I recommend them to anyone else in need of a refurbished roof.

"SUE THE INDIVIDUAL, NOT THE BUSINESS" this is great advice I received from their lawyer after winning a judgement in court against them for faulty work leading to interior water damage in multiple areas of the home. Pics attached. While trying to collect the judgement I was hit with road blocks. Their "business" address is a residential address. Therefore it’s not a true business to collect from. I can’t go against their vehicles as again, there is no real business to obtain that information, nor are company vehicles listed. I tried going through their insurance, just to find their insurance dropped them for not paying their premium. I then called the town to check for insurance via permits pulled and was told there was no record of my job on file!! They never filed for permits to do my job. After hitting road block after road block I went to their lawyers office and he gave me a great piece of advice that I’m sharing with you all. Should M&A do faulty work and you’re in my shoes, "sue the individuals, not the business". These guys are good at not being found financially. Please don’t be me. Again, I won my judgement but can’t collect because they are amazing con artists! And had I known to sue individuals vs the business maybe I’d be in better shape. With so many good roofers in buffalo, save yourself a headache and stress. Look elsewhere for a roofer, you won’t be disappointed.
