Highly recommend Five Guys. Tanner came out and inspected our roof and gave us our options and wrote up an estimate quickly and efficiently. The estimate was very reasonable and affordable! The office contacted us to schedule a date for repairs and put us on a waiting list in case there was a cancellation because we were selling our home and needed to get it taken care of sooner than later. Within a week they called that they had a cancellation and could take care of us sooner. The crew came out and fixed our roof and we were so impressed with the guys and the work they did. Tanner made himself available if we needed anything or had concerns or problems. We were able to have our roof taken care of quicker than we thought. From the first call to the end repair was less than 2 weeks! Thanks to Tanner and his team, hard to find business like this anymore and I can’t recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed!

5 Guys recently did R&R on my single story house. They tore out and installed new underlayment, replaced bad plywood, replaced flashings, and replaced unusable tile etc. The price point was reasonable and their sales rep/estimator Sam was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond in detail to all my inquiries. Their project manager, Joel, was friendly and also really easy to work with and worked to resolve any issues we had on with the project. Only reason I give this less than 5 stars is because there were some quality issues that I had to call out. The major one was leaving red tile covered in red chalk on my roof that was openly visible from the street. It looked very obvious. I had to get them tear out that entire patch and replace it. Other issues was a chipped fascia board and nail holes going through the soffit/eaves exposed plywood vs into the roof studs. They quickly resolved most of these cosmetic issues so that’s good but again I don’t think I should’ve had to point out that huge red stain on my roof. Overall, really nice people to work with and reasonably priced but you will need to double-check their work and vocalize your issues before you pay. I highly recommend getting a ladder and inspecting things yourself.

Highly recommend Five Guys Roofing! I’ve used them a couple of times now, and every experience has been excellent. Their pricing is fair, they’re honest, and they never try to upsell like so many other companies do. The fact that they’re locally owned makes supporting them even better. With all the recent rain, a small roof leak popped up. Even though my repair appointment was scheduled for a later date, they still sent someone out to place a tarp over the affected area to prevent further damage. I could have handled it myself, but the fact that they went above and beyond truly meant a lot. Do yourself a favor—give them a call. They’ll take great care of you.

Tyler with Five Guys Roofing is always on top of things. Our work orders are picked up quickly and his communication is great!! Their quality of workmanship is amazing!! I would definitely recommend them!!!

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Five Guys Roofing and we would highly recommend them. Tyler was our first contact and was very informative about all that would be done, answered all questions and gave us a little history of the company. The finished roof looks amazing and the roofing team were courteous and completed our roof in one day. James J. was our Project Manager and was always available by text or phone----he responded to texts and answered all questions in a timely manner and followed up on everything he said he would. It was nice having a point of contact at all times. James went above and beyond to offer the best customer service that we have ever experienced. He did a final walk-around and did any last minute items. He also worked on a very stubborn roof leak that we had. When James was not available one day, he sent Angelo H. to cover for him and Angelo was up to speed right away.

Micheal and Keagan were the roofing specialists for our job at 226 n Hill st, Mesa Az. This is one of our Investment properties with a current tenant. They contacted and worked directly with the tenant. Team was efficient, showed up on time, cleaned up after the project, was polite and courteous to our tenants. Thankyou Five Guys for an excellent job. Well done!

Excellent service. Even after the job was done they came back three time because I thought I was seeing water marks on the ceiling next to the wall after it rained. The third time one of the owners came out. He determined it was not water makes, but residual bleed through from a poorly done paint job. While painting the wall some one hit the ceiling with the rooler. The paint bled through when humidity was high. Like after it rained. My being impressed is the service after the job was completed. That is true service. What happens after the payment check cleared the bank. I highly recommend 5 Guys to everyone. Thank you.
