1000% recommend! Nick helped with every insurance hurdle and made sure to get me what I deserved. Great communication explaining everything about roofing under the sun for me since I knew nothing. I also got photos for every step even though I was not there for the install. When they finished his crew searched through my yard on hands and knees to make sure any nails, debris, or hazards were cleaned up- no asking or requesting that was just how they finish the job which I appreciate since we have young kids. I had numerous companies quote the job but they were the most personable, honest, and the best priced!

Daniel at Pro-West Roofing was amazing! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He negotiated insurance for us, noting things we needed & damage from past storms that our insurance inspector commended for accuracy & detail. We got a brand new, beautiful roof in Scottsdale at a price we never dreamed of! We were able to choose from great color options & our roof looks like a million dollars. They painted our vents to match the roof and roofed over our side patio cover that blew away in the last storm. I'm so grateful for Daniel's persistence with insurance, his expertise in roofing, and his honest delivery. No more leaks for us- the results speak for themselves. Prowest Roofing was amazing from start to finish. We have a three bedroom house that needed repairs and in three different spots. I have worked with Taylor James and ProWest on three different projects so far. Each time has been an awesome experience! Taylor is super helpful when meeting with insurance companies and inspectors. He takes a lot of worry away from me because I have no clue what I am talking about with roofs! Also, the guy is impressively fast at getting requested documents or reports together to keep things moving along rapidly! It has truly been great to have Taylor as a guide in the process. Prowest is deserving of 10 stars for the roof replacement they did on our home. We worked with Patrick Hester who was great with communication. Patrick filed all the necessary paperwork with our insurance and kept us informed of each step along the way. He answers emails quickly and is very compassionate.Also Cody was excellent with making sure we knew every step of the tedious process with insurance and called many times or just stopped in just to say "Hi", (we had to have our solar removed and then reinstalled) Jesus and his team did an excellant job for the solar reinstall. Jesus went out of his way to do extra repair for a panel that got damaged. Each of his workers were very hard working and polite. The roofing crew were also very detail oriented on the cleanup, we haven't even seen one nail lying around. We recommend Prowest Roofing for any roofing project you may have. Prowest is" THE BEST IN THE WEST".They will do a great job, "Every Shingle Time"
