The foreman introduced himself right away and explained the entire process to us, including how long the job would take. He kept us informed every step of the way, which made us feel confident and included. The workers showed great skill and care in their work. Their workmanship was excellent, and they clearly took pride in what they were doing. Any time something in the building was going to be affected—like the electricity being shut off—we were given plenty of notice so we could prepare. That level of communication meant a lot. The price was also much lower than other companies we looked at, but the quality of work was top-notch. We reached out to several companies for quotes. Some responded quickly, others didn’t respond at all. Luis from Gryphon Roofing stood out—he called promptly, showed up on time, and was incredibly thorough. He asked several questions before providing a quote, which gave us confidence in his attention to detail. Once we chose Gryphon, Luis went above and beyond. He even picked up our deposit while I was on a real estate tour to accommodate my busy schedule. Their team scheduled the job right away, delivered materials on a Friday, and got started early Monday morning. They worked all day Monday and Tuesday, and finished up by midday Wednesday. On Thursday, we discovered a leak in our kitchen. I called the Daniel, the job supervisor, and he was at our home within 30 minutes. After opening up the ceiling, we found that a previous contractor had installed a water line too close to the roof plywood—right where roofing nails would naturally go. While this was clearly not Gryphon’s fault, they still took full responsibility. They repaired the pipe, fixed the water damage, and within a couple of days, everything looked as good as new. We can’t say enough good things about Gryphon Roofing. Their service was excellent, their employees were fantastic, and their pricing was very competitive. We highly recommend them and will use them for all of our properties. As a Realtor, Gryphon is now at the top of my referral list for clients!

I needed my roof replaced and called Gryphon Roofing to get an estimate. The office staff was super easy to work with and had Brooks my sales guy contact me a couple of days later. He did a complete inspection of the roof and went over all of the details with me of what needed to be done. He was able to give me a written estimate on the spot and I was able to get the job scheduled a few days later. The crew that did the roof work were amazing. They were supervised by Damian who was on-site several times during the two-and-a-half-day process. Damian was great to work with. He explained every detail of the job as it moved along and kept me informed during the entire process. He answered all my questions and was super to work with the entire time. I had a few cracked tiles, but Damian was able to find tiles to match and kept the job moving forward. The entire crew did a great job cleaning up during and after the roofing job was completed. Everyone was very easy to work with and communication was great. I was impressed by how professional everyone was the entire time. It was a great team, highly professional, awesome communication, friendly and experienced. They truly deserve a five star rating. I would highly recommend using Gryphon Roofing if you are in need of a roofing repair or full roof replacement.

We had a leak in the living room after a good wind and rainstorm so a friend of mine recommended Gryphon Roofing. I spoke to Russ about our issue and he had a technician out the following week to take a look. He was able to fix the spot on the roof and made some other repairs and recommendations for our older roof. Very happy with the results and their team. They also installed the flat roof to our new cabana in the backyard.
