He did a thorough inspection, met with the claims adjuster personally, and clearly showed all the problem areas. Thanks to his diligence, we got the roof approved through our insurance. And even after the project was completed, they followed up just to make sure everything was still going great for us. The end result is fantastic—our new roof and gutters look amazing. Skylar came out to provide the quote and was fantastic—very friendly, professional, and honest throughout the process. I had two issues that needed to be addressed: a roof and soffit repair, along with bats entering in. Since bats are protected during certain times of the year, Skylar worked closely with me to coordinate timing with the pest control company. He made sure the repair was scheduled for the exact day the one-way traps were removed, which was absolutely critical. The team did an outstanding job on the repair, and the results speak for themselves. On top of the quality work and professionalism, their pricing was the best out of several quotes I received. Scheduled an appointment with them to determine a cause of a small roof leak. After a quick inspection, the cause was not obvious so they asked us to monitor it and let them know if it gets worse. I appreciated their honesty and not immediately trying to sell us a repair/replacement that may or may not have fixed the problem. As soon as the problem worsened, we contacted them and the problem was spotted. They were able to quickly get us scheduled and kept us updated each step of the way. I greatly appreciate not only their kindness, but their high quality of work, attention to detail and generally going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We want to let your company know what an asset Pat Dibble is. He is knowledgeable and answered our questions, no matter how small. We appreciated that he didn’t push and let us take the time to make decisions on roofing and siding. He took time to quote prices on the different options available.
