Lake City Roofing and Construction

Lake City Roofing replaced our aging tile roof this spring 2025. They were fabulous to work with from start to finish. It took us awhile to decide on a shingle product and they allowed us to take our time and provided lots of samples for us to take and help make a decision. Roofing isn’t cheap and they were also very understanding when we took the time to get quotes from other contractors. Their bid was very competitive and we have no regrets about selecting them. The team that came to do the work were very professional and completed our project in a timely manner. We had a small issue with a factory defect in the shingles and that was worked out with a factory representative coming to our home to see first hand and rectifying the situation quickly. The team also made sure our somewhat new gutters were adjusted to meet the new shingle line, one big advantage of having a roofing that also does gutters. The final product is absolutely beautiful.

I can't say enough about Lake City Roofing. The entire experience was amazing, from the sales rep to the project manager to the roofing crew. They got my old roof torn off, made some repairs, and re-roofed in two days. The crew worked hard, were respectful, and did a thorough cleanup each night, even working after dark to finish the cleanup before leaving. I would highly recommend Lake City Roofing!

We hired Lake City to do our roof and siding. We needed it done rather quickly due to a battle with our insurance. They were able to get the entire thing done in less than a week. The quality is phenomenal and everything looks great! They were extremely professional and courteous. They were in communication every step of the way to make sure that we were satisfied the work. Simply stated, this company has their act together and they are exceptionally professional. Fantastic customer service, very reasonable prices, produce the highest quality work, and do a fantastic job making sure the customer is taken care of. Lake City also installs gutters and siding and they do an awesome job at that as well. I’d give them more stars here if it were possible.

Our roof was complicated as it was Victorian style home. Lake City owners, office staff , supervisors and employees were superb in their work with us. Timely in all respects. Installation as promised and very professional and timely. Lake City is highly recommended by us.
