Diekevers Roofing

We used Diekevers roofing a large commercial project and the the team was excellent, from the initial quote to the final punch list, it was great. I recommend them to any commercial client needing roofing wook.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Communication throughout this process was terrible—my texts, calls and emails were often ignored. Despite clear agreements, there was no follow-through and I encountered multiple instances of dishonesty. Their quote may have looked slightly better at first, but in the end, the total cost was way more than what other roofers had quoted for similar work. The combination of poor communication, rudeness, broken promises and inflated pricing made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Easy to work with, very responsive to emails. Crew was polite, very hard workers and cleaned up very well when done.

They replaced my roof a few years back. I inspected the job and found around 100 nails that were exposed because they nailed below the overlap. I talked to them about it and the said it was no big deal! I know enough about roofing to know an exposed nail is a leak waiting to happen. After I filed a complaint with the BBB and talked to the local inspector (they were supposed to get a permit but didn’t), they "fixed" the problem, except they only fixed about 40% of the exposed nails. I had to complain again and eventually they got all of them fixed.

18 years ago, they ripped off my old roof and installed new rolled asphalt on my 1/12 pitched roof. It came with a 10 year warranty. They've come out twice in the past eight years to do some preventative maintenance. I know I'm living on borrowed time, but the roof is still doing it's job! Good people, quality work and reasonable prices. What more do you want?

I cannot say enough about Diekevers Roofing. They provided a prompt estimate. Their pricing was not only the most competitive of the many estimates that I received, their proposal was thorough and all of my questions were addressed in a timely manner. They kept me apprised of scheduling throughout the process. The roofing crew arrived on time, and they worked diligently to complete the job as promised. The crew was polite, focused, and demonstrated an outstanding work ethic. The process could not have gone smoother from start to finish. Diekevers Roofing is an outstanding company. I will refer all my friends and family to them!

After paying $2,895 to have a portion of our roof fixed, it still leaked. While at first communicative, eventually our calls and emails requesting service went unreturned. Had to pay another company $900 to fix the problems.
