My husband and I could not be happier with the work SMA did for us! Our tile roof was damaged by Ian and we decided to replace it with a metal roof. So happy we did! Thank you, David, and SMA Exterior for repairing the leak in my roof today. SMA Exterior under David’s supervision replaced my roof two years ago after Hurricane Ian came through our area. I got to know David then and really enjoyed dealing with him. He is very professional and answered all my questions. Today, David was here just a few hours after I called him. The leak was not a result of anything SMA Exterior did or did not do two years ago. It was a completely unrelated leak that David fixed quickly. I know who to call for any exterior repairs to my house in the future.

If you're looking for a good, honest, locally owned business for not only roofing, but siding as well look no further. I had an issue with my homes siding and called SMA at 8:30pm, and immediately spoke with the companies owner that night. He spoke with me and scheduled me immediately, came to my home, and gave me an honest opinion on what needed to be done. He wasn't pushy, or trying to sell me anything like I've experienced with so many other companies. Would definitely recommend!

Everything they said they were going to do, they did. Very prompt and professional from presentation to installation. Thank you Max for knocking on my door and thanks to David for making sure everything was completed from beginning to completion on top of final inspection. I would recommend your services to anyone.

We had a repair done to our gutters and he was able to get it done quickly and at a great price!! The job was completed and it looked so much better and no leaking!!

Dave was the best contractor I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We needed siding repair after the hurricane last year. He came out to do an estimate the day after I called and started the job the job that week. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and gave a very fair price, even stating that he could save us money if he just did the job himself. Which he did. He finished the job in a day and a half. Everything looked perfect. He takes pride in his work and I would not hesitate to hire him again. He was an awesome find.
