Performance Roofing

Excellent work at a fair price. Very pleased with the thoroughness of initial contact with the company, setting up appointment to have the work done and the completion of the painting. Paint crew were courteous, careful and did an excellent job. Couldn't be happier.

We contacted Performance Roofing to help us with a small leak. They were going to charge $450 just to tarp the roof and then come back later to repair. We were supposed to get a call when they were on the way. In the meantime we heard back from a neighbor who owns a roofing company. He told us they could come patch the roof today without bothering with tarping. He quoted us a lower price to repair than just the tarping would have been. Before we could call Performance Roofing back (mind you my wife is trying to wrangle a fussy 12 month old during all this), someone was at our house to put the tarp on. We never received a call from them that they were on the way like they said they would. This wouldn’t be an issue at all had Brendan not then gone out of his way to call my wife to chew her out for not giving them a heads up. She missed the first call and he felt it necessary to leave a voicemail and then immediately call a second time so he chastise her. Making his point was apparently very necessary for him. I, of course, understand the inconvenience on their end, but that was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional.

I want to give a nod to Performance Roofing for being the only roofing contractor to even bother to call me back out of 5 that I reached out to. Cooper Loncar was on time for an inspection and quickly discovered the leak. He was able to schedule the repairs for the next day, which blew my expectations away. I had been trying to get my builder to fix this, but they were playing the dates game and my new home warranty had expired by several months. The morning of the scheduled repair from Performance Roofing, my builder had the original roofing contractor agree to come out and repair the issue under warranty. I ended up calling Cooper and cancelling the service call. I wish my builder had provided a little more communications around what they were planning to do so that I was not wasting time for Performance Roofing. Based on my experience with the Performance Roofing process, I found them to be efficient and easy to work with, and I will definitely work with them on future needs. I strongly suggest calling Cooper for any roofing needs you may have.

When I contract the performer roofing. It was the first time I ever heard of them after checking Reviews and the quality work they do. I had to hire them to do my roof. The expectations were excellent. They are very fast and reliable and using high quality material. Because of the quality work they've completed. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

The place , it's the people. There awsome they take care of all my needs all the time and it's not just roofing. There quick, my jobs have been done in a very timely manner and with top quality work. I needed a couple of things done - small gutter repair and relatively small roof repair. Trying to book for these independently was a nightmare - everyone wanted to charge a minimum which is understandable but still pricey. I researched and found Performance Roofing - seems like they could take care of everything and they did. Grant came out the next day for an estimate and walked thru everything that would happen. I felt I was given a fair price. The scheduled work took place as promised. I will definitely use them again.
