Simple Roofing

Rafael from Simple Roofing was my primary point of contact. As a first-time home-buyer, my insurance required a new roof to maintain coverage, and Rafael guided me through the entire process. He listened to all my concerns, answered every question, and was available 24/7 throughout the project. He also provided examples of previous work and clients, which gave me confidence in his team’s abilities. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. I got quotes from three companies: Simple Roofing, Company B, and Company C. Company B quoted almost double, and Company C insisted on a metal roof. I explained, FOR 3 HOURS, that a metal roof was not in my budget, and Company C then quoted me 3x the price for a regular shingle roof. Both Company B and C were suggesting financing these 2x and 3x priced roofing projects over 15–25 years, which I thought was insane—financing a project over such a long period and paying interest the whole time. Going with Simple Roofing ended up being a no-brainer: I got a fair price that I could finance over a much smaller time period. Rafael carefully reviewed the roof, pointing out areas of concern and suggesting improvements such as better gutter routing for efficiency. Scheduling was easy, and the team completed the work in a single day. Minor points to note: I did find a few nails in my driveway and lawn after the job was completed. To be fair: his team did collect about 99% of the nails and debris. It’s important to do your own scan afterward so you don’t accidentally drive over nails with your car or run over them with a lawn mower. That said, this is something a homeowner should generally expect to do after any roofing project, so it’s not a big deal. Another small disappointment was that I did not get the option to keep any extra materials that I paid for. I’m not sure if there were any leftover materials or if the estimates were for exact amounts, but if there were any extras, they were taken by the crew. On the positive side, Rafael provided $100 worth of plywood at no extra charge for roof deck replacements, which I did need, so the final cost did not exceed the original estimate. I would assume the extra roof decking supplies were included in the estimate so it wasn't technically free, but he mentioned that if more roof decking was needed, that it would affect the final cost. Rafael also worked closely with me and my financing team to ensure the roof could be financed, guiding me through every step. Your mileage may vary, but from my experience, the process from price quoting to scheduling, talking with financing, and completing the job felt really quick. From start to finish, it was completed much faster than I anticipated. Overall, I highly recommend Simple Roofing. They are trustworthy, local to the Northern NJ area, and professional. My new roof looks pristine, and their work exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone, whether for a small repair or a full roof replacement.

Rafael is such a nice and polite and understanding person. His quality with Customer service is awesome. He sat down and explain to myself and my husband from top to finish and what I love about this company is the way Raphael explained everything they first of all took pictures with the drone of the condition of the roof sit down and explain it to us step-by-step step-by-step. Their workers were amazing when they were finished in two days you would never thought from looking down from the ground of all the work that they did by the time they finished everything was spotless. You will never thought that they were there until you took a look up and seeing such an amazing job that they did on the roof. I recommend this company to anyone who needs their roof replaced outstanding. They only allow me to give five stars if I could, I will give 100 stars.

I highly recommend Simple Roofing to anyone out there looking for a contractor to replace a new roof. I will also recommend my friends and family for their roofing projects. I have attached before and after installation of the new roof. Rafael Peralta walk me through everything in detail regarding this project, he was very flexible and work with your schedules. I’m super happy with the result and no complains from my tenant at all after the project was completed. They kept their words by removed the dumpster and swept clean the property. There are so many companies out there that can do the roofing project but I decided to choose Simple Roofing because this is the company that care about their customers and keep their customers happy throughout the project plus they have 5 stars rating for a reason which I cannot even describe enough to say how great they are.

Rafael was great from the start to the end. I shopped around and he offered me the best deal and financing options which was great with no money down. He totally exceeded my expectations and he resolved all my issues in one day. Keep up the great work!

So my experience was amazing, Raphael explained the total process, he was there every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had . The workers came early, and finished the job in 1 day . I’m very, very pleased on how seamless and sleek my new roof looks. Prior to getting my roof done ,I had multiple leaks and multiple patches, my roof was hideous thanks to Simple roofing those days are loong gone !!! When I decided to have my siding replaced, I got several companies, big and small, to give me an estimate. Rafael is the one that coming with the best price. Besides that, he had a lot patient to explain in details the issues that I didn’t even realize. Rafael has a very experienced crew, highly professional. The service was done according to the original plan. When I found some minor issues during installation not mentioned in advance, Rafael was quick to have his people fix the problem.
