Mr. Roof Dayton

Excellent!!!!! I had my roof replaced on my house in Cincinnati Ohio. Joe was the saleman and he was nice and professional. The roofers also did a great job. The customer service/phone personnel are people not AI, and were very good, no short cuts. I am extremely happy with them 2 years later when I needed a copy of my paid invoice for my insurance company.

Mr. Roof had previously placed gutter guards on the parts of my roof that had any chance of getting leaves. Those have worked flawlessly for 3 years. However, that job left an opening for squirrels to set up housekeeping. We had agreed to stop at that corner…but shouldn‘t have in retrospect. This job fixed that oversight. The job was done with some administrative glitches and communication issues that could have been smoother. The guys hadn’t received adequate instruction about what they were to do, and they didn’t speak great English. So that took a minute to sort out with lots of pointing. The office ignored the scheduling caveats that I had given the sales guy so that could have been better. At the end, however, the job appears to have been done right and on time and the price was fair.

Mr Roof did an excellent job from start to finish on my elderly parents roof. Their plants were protected and cleanup was better than expected as well.

Poor communication. After the sale, I asked Bobby several questions, and his only reply would be "I'll ask", but then wouldn't give me any answers to my inquiries. I guess after he made this VERY good sale, he didn't care anymore, nor did he make any effort to give me any other number to inquire on my own. As not to end on a sour note, the work that all the Hispanic workers did was superb. They did an excellent job in very hot weather. They even came back to ensure all the nails were picked up off the ground.

The crew did a fantastic job. They got the job done sooner than expected. Everyone in the office from the salesman down to the office ladies were super nice and professional. Would 100% recommend.

The job was completed as scheduled. From materials delivery to tear off and installation it went smoothly. Salador kept us current on progress. The premises were left clean with the exception of some nails. Sam followed up by going over the area with a magnet.Sam is scheduled to return and provide us with requested photos of the gutters

My experience with Mr. Roof was Top Notch!! From working with my sales rep, the office staff & project manager, I can't say enough good things about my experience with this great company!! If you want a quality product at a great price, 5 star service, and truly an Amazing experience, Mr. Roof is the company for you!! Thank you again Mr. Roof!!
