This company is deceitful. I was told by Jeffery T. that they were going to install severe weather shingles and ridge but when they were delivered and installed they went with a lower grade shingle and flat ridge that looks like a cut three tab shingle. He sold me on this saying it would all be taken care of I guess thinking that I had not done research or was familiar with roofing. When I asked about it the day of installation the person on the job-site said she would check on it but was mainly interested in me paying the deductible. After this I find out that the company put in a supplement to my insurance adjuster for "additional work" that I was not told of at the time of the install. When I was questioned by the insurance company I said I didn’t know anything about this additional work. When I asked about my depreciation check I was told that I would not be receiving that check because my garage door was not repaired or replaced which was in the original claim check, which was paid to HomePro. This means they kept an additional $1,556 that was included in my insurance check. After months of calling and texting asking for assistance and being told that he "needed to check with billing" I still have not received a resolution. This company and its employees do not care about the customer. I suggest anyone needing roofing should only work with ESTABLISHED local contractors that know how to take care of their customers.

Jeffery Tabares explained the process for me and then executed everything said he was going to do. I literally let him take control and he got my denied roof approved and everything bought including some stuff that wasn't on the roof! He is awesome and I'd recommend him to anyone who's on the fence about getting a roof. Let him do your free inspection and he will explain his expertise and let you know what steps need to be taken and how the process works even if you do or don't need a new roof. The thing I liked the most is I authorized him on my insurance with the claim and I didn't have to lift a finger and let's just say I'm now sitting under a category 3 impact resistant shingle!! Thanks Jeffery Tabares again for your hard work and dedication! Thank you to Homepro as well. Wouldn't choose another company ever again! Also they put up a great warranty with my roof and they're local!

Smooth process as they work with the insurance company . Turnkey operation but I love how the homeowners are still in control. The documentation is very impressive that is sent along with invoices proving what all work was done. Also love the fact that if the adjuster missed something it didn't cost a dime. They sent in their proof and docs for the I durance to pay instead of coming to the door for the money. Not a dime is given until install day since there was no mortgage. Even upgrading the roof to a 50 year class 3 Impact resistant shingle and a lifetime craftmanship warranty versus the last roofer giving a 20 year cheap shingle with a 2 year warranty that could not even get honored. Looked them up on thier other stored and it's consistent on this review . Bri promises a hassle free process and follows through. Oh and also you get the red carpet with an entire team that just makes the process effortless. They even believe in educating what you are looking at once you get all the paperwork back from the adjuster. Bri is the best and so is her work ethic. Totally comfortable compared to prior experiences. Ask for Bri !!!

This is a fly by night company. They did our roof, took our money and never cam back to complete their job. Now they are not answering their phone and refuse to refund our money that they have been holding for months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
