About a year and a half ago, my roof sprung a bad leak in my son’s bedroom during a storm. I called Steve Williamson from Visalia Roofing, and he showed up the very same day to inspect it. He explained that while he could repair the leak (which he did that same day), what I really needed was a full roof replacement. This didn’t surprise me since I’d already been in my home 15 years and knew the roof was old when I moved in. I was so thankful for Steve’s quick response, kindness, and professionalism during that stressful time that when I was finally ready to replace my roof this month, Visalia Roofing was the only company I called. Steve and Derek came out, took measurements, and quickly emailed me a detailed quote with several options. I chose upgraded shingles and added attic insulation to help improve energy efficiency. The crew completed the project quickly, the new roof looks beautiful, and everyone I interacted with was respectful and kind. While I can’t compare prices since I didn’t seek other bids, I can say the quality of the work and level of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Visalia Roofing for anyone in need of roof repairs or a full replacement

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Visalia Roofing!!! They have been in business for so long because they provide quality work and know what they are doing. They care about their customers and their satisfaction!!! That is hard to find these days. We will never use another roofing company. We had our roof "repaired" 3 years ago by another company, and it started leaking again. We called Visalia Roofing, Steve came out and sent a reasonable quote the same day. I am so glad that we called them! Steve and his son knew immediately what the problem was, explained clearly what needed to be done and fixed it!!! He even repaired some dry rot under the eve of the house to prevent further damage to our house. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism, great quality work, and knowledge. Steve stayed while his amazing crew completed the work and inspected it to make sure that everything was done correctly! Now we don't have to worry about the roof leaking and having anymore costly repairs to the inside of the house!!!

I highly recommend Visalia Roofing! We called for a free estimate for some repair work and they were able to come out the next day. Steve, the owner, was professional, friendly and honest! He told us how we could fix the issue ourselves. He took time out of his day and left without making any money off of us. It was very refreshing to deal with a company that wasn’t looking to take advantage of our limited knowledge about roofing. We will definitely use Visalia Roofing for any future needs!

They were very professional and took great care of us with a competitive bid, professionalism, and obvious competence. Our back covered patio roofing had started to leak causing some damage to the patio woodwork. Visalia Roofing replaced wood and plywood and came up with the perfect solution for our needs. Steve and Derek came over to evaluate and replace a section of roof where I formerly had an indoor grill vent. My roof was built in the 60’s with tongue and groove material and topped with a presidential shingle. I was very impressed with Steve’s ability to immediately identify the exact materials needed for replacement. He promptly ordered the materials as promised and was out to repair the section of roof within a few days. They were in and out in a single day, and did a quality and professional job. I’m so glad I had them do the repair; there were no hiccups and no funny business. The price agreed was the price billed and price paid. I would definitely recommend for a quality job and a wealth of knowledge.

Visalia Roofing did a first class job removing our wood shake roof and replacing it with beautiful asphalt tile. The owner, Steve Williamson, followed through on every single detail with us. He gave us a reasonable price, he explained every item of the contract to us as the work proceeded, and his workers arrived on the job every morning at 6 AM, until the job was completed, and on time. A friend of ours, who works in construction, came by this week and inspected our roof. He told us he has never seen a better constructed roof. He said the roof caps were in perfect alinement, folded under, and sealed for better protection, and every place where water sometimes seeps through was completely sealed. We are extremely happy we chose Steve to construct our new roof. They cleaned up all the debris around our property every day, and also cleaned the gutters. Our new roof looks beautiful and is a compliment to our 62 year old home. Thank you Steve.
