Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair

Falcone assessed our existing crawls e dehumidification system and determined the cause for issues we were experiencing. Their rep, Caleb, recommended an easy and cost effective fix - reasonable suggestions with no oversell. Nice! Their technician, Ike, did the repair. He did a great job, addressed all our concerns and answered all our questions. Great job! We are super happy we found Falcone and will be using them for all our foundation and crawlspace needs.

Caleb, Randal, and Avery all provided excellent customer service and have great knowledge in their field, something you rarely find today. They all seem to love their jobs and it is displayed in their attitudes. My experience with Falcone was professional from start to finish. Caleb was prompt for the initial estimate visit and was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Avery did a great job of communicating, coordinating and scheduling the project; they actually started earlier than projected. Randal and his team (Hector and Timmy I think) were very polite and respectful upon arrival. Randal communicated with me multiple times a day to keep me informed of his plans and progress on the project. They had a great work ethic and finished in record time. They left everything neat and tidy daily. I will definitely use Falcone for any needs in the future and will recommend them to others. Awesome experience!

Every aspect of working with Falcone has been fantastic, from the initial phone call to the inspection and estimate with Rex and through completion of the job with Eric and Dean, I couldn’t be happier. Eric and Dean were prompt, efficient, thorough and clean in all aspects of the job and were a pleasure to work with. They responded to phone calls and texts right away and were easy to communicate with in person as well. They were bright and happy and conveyed confidence right away. They completed the job exactly as described in the estimate and left the job site spotless. Because we already had encapsulation in place they had to remove the existing system to complete the foundation work, but they took before, during, and after photos to show me that everything had been re-installed properly. My parents are already going to have them come to their house to look at some footer issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing crawlspace/foundation work! My experience working with Falcone was very positive. My crawlspace had significant termite and moisture damage. The entire team was excellent at assisting me in determining the best course of action and explaining the work they would be performing. The scheduling and permit team ensured a smooth and easy project thanks to Avery, Sarah, and Greg. Onsite, Randall and his team went above and beyond in their work, and I couldn't be happier with the service, communication, and quality of work.

Excellent service from start to finish! Eric, Kevin & the team was professional, thorough, and did a great job on our crawlspace. Falcone came out quickly to access my problem. They communicated very clearly what should be done, and everyone, including the folks at the office who handled scheduling and payment were extremely kind and respectful. Everything was completed on schedule and the results were perfect. Price wasn't too bad either! Will be recommending to friends and family.

Was pleasantly greeted by Eric & Dean as they arrived promptly Thursday morning to work on 2 piers to correct a shagging fireplace hearth issue. They explained what they'd be doing and worked pretty much all day, except for a lunch break. Eric told me they'd be back Friday morning as the concrete had not yet set up enough to adjust/ shim the floor level. Friday they showed up as promised, completing the job. Except for 2 new piers under my house, it looks like it dud before they got started. I'd recommend.
