Both Bryant and Carter were very polite, respectful, and easy to deal with. Carter did a great job walking me through the proposal before work started. Bryant was very communicative and proactive about scheduling the work. The work was originally expected to take +3 days but they were able to complete in 2 days. The old material was removed and cleaned up from the yard quickly. The new encapsulation and equipment was installed very neatly and clean. I would definitely recommend Home Shield for your crawl space.

Working with Home Shield Insulation for my crawl space encapsulation was a good experience. From working with the sales rep, Carter, at the beginning to the quality of work for the end result has been a positive. Carter was informative from the beginning and provided me with the necessary information and various ways to educate myself on the benefits of a crawl space encapsulation. The Operations Manager, Briant, was communicative and helpful and the job was completed quickly. If any hiccups were encountered during my experience, I worked with the Home Shield team to address and resolve positively. During the final walkthrough with Briant, we ensured the job was completed as quoted. Even as I've had questions afterwards, Briant has helped me get answers and explain how things work. So overall I had a pleasant experience working with Home Shield Insulation for my crawl space needs.
