Called Superior to check on any leveling or other issues that might be going on underneath my manufactured home. Appointment was made in a timely manner. Mickey Castle and his team were amazing: polite and interested in doing job correctly. Mickey reviewed pictures from under my house explaining clearly which areas needed attention and why. He also pointed to areas that may need follow up in the future. He gave exact price quotes for future service and completed one service while there. The costs were appropriate for the work involved. When they left, I was confident that the work had been done correctly and efficiently. They left no mess and the paper work was easy to read and understand. It was so nice to have such a professional team who had made a real commitment to do first class work!!!! Thanks Mickey! Thanks Superior.!

The team was professional and thorough, though the scheduling took a little longer than I expected. WOW! Ben Sanchez and his crew were terrific!!!! They worked together like a welll oiled machine. They told us everything that was happening as they went. I thought it would be a simple re-level of my manufactured home but they found a bigger problem and took care of it immediately. They even told us about a small water leak under our home in the bathroom area. Kudos to a great group of workers and a responsive company. Excellent job

As for customer service from the technicians, A+...friendly, polite, respectful and cleaned up after themselves AND what the previous workers left.....very clear on the work needed, with pictures of before and afterwards. Unsure of price comparisons due to unworthy prior companies. They were very empathic to my elderly father's needs and were in and out of the house without my pets getting out....I'd highly recommend them ...I don't think I'll need to be addressing any more issues under my home anytime soon. I feel confident the job was finally done correctly by Superior.....thanks PJ, Moose and the others....I might ad, there was no language barrier either with any of the crew. I could ask any one of them a question and each took the time to explain their job and didn't get angry for the delay it may have caused ...great work boys !!

I just recently had a new air conditioning unit, both outside and inside, installed about a year ago. I started having trouble with the unit not cycling during the hottest part of the day. I called the company I bought the new unit from and they sent a technician to have a look. He said the fix was to clean the ducts and seal them that there was air leaking from the ducts. I contacted Superior because they had done a good job the last time to get a second opinion. The same man who came the last time, Ben, came and did the inspection. Cool air was leaking out of the collars into the crawl space unit my unit. The repair was done in an hour and was six times less expensive than the price quoted by the a/c company. Kudos to Ben and his crew saving me literally thousands of dollars. Now my A/C works fine, even when it's very hot outside. Great Job, Ben and crew. If you need home repairs call Superior. They will get you "fixed up".

Exceptional service from booking the appointment to completing the work. Nick was very professional, let me know what him and his crew were going to do and explained all items needing repair so that I understood. Work was completed quickly. Definitely recommend Superior for home leveling needs.
