A-Core Concrete Specialists of Arizona

I'll start by telling you that I am a plumbing department manager and I value partnerships with other companies when I find quality companies. Unfortunately, this was not the case with A Core. This was my first and last time using their services. I contracted the company to map a garage for post tension cables in order to repair a broken sewer line. Upon arrival to the jobsite I found that they had only mapped an area approximately 8 x 8 square feet. This was not enough to complete the job, nor was it what I asked them to do. When I contacted them again I asked that they return to complete the job and they set another appointment. I was not told that I would be charged again. On their second trip they mapped in a straight line across the garage from where we had opened holes to access the sewer line. The homeowner informed me that they were there 15 minutes. They charge a two hour minimum of $462, but total time for both trips could not have exceeded even one hour. A week and a half later I received a phone call from A Core regarding an invoice for the second trip that they made due to not completing their job the first trip. I spoke with Brad the manager who was less than helpful. I paid the $462 again, but that is the last money that they will see from me. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I will not pay for a half done job. Beware of this company and look elsewhere.

They are a horrible company. They ran into us.....clearly their fault. And they all lied about it. I think they purposely cause crashes just to get money . three other witnesses that were at the scene backed the guy up. I think,they planned this whole thing.
