Had my yearly crawlspace maintenance done, and as always everything went smoothly. Bjs the best, always on time, thorough, and very professional. He explains what they checked, with proof of filters, pictures of everything including meters and gave me peace of mind knowing everything looks great. Highly recommend their service always!

Not knowing exactly what to expect from Crawlspace Medic I was very impressed with the work that was done. The work included digging a French Drain under my house from one end to the other, a distance of around 70 feet, with a sump pump at one end and additionally replace an existing brick pier which was leaning with a new pier. The work at my home was completed quickly and done in a professional way. The crew that did the work was careful so as not to damage anything around them and when the job was completed they did a very good of removing the debris. I will use Crawlspace Medic if I have a need in the future.

I have no complaint about my recent experience nor my initial experience in 2021. In addition to promptness for each scheduled appointment, Crawl Space Medic honored, without hesitation, the warranty for the vapor barrier that was installed in 2021. It was replaced due to a manufacturer defect and there was no issue. Both installers were professional.

I contracted with this company to fix a moisture issue in my crawlspace. They were highly professional from the time of the estimate to completion. I had a small issue when they completed the work. They addressed the issue quickly to my satisfaction. They were also cheaper than a competitor I got a quote from. Also their solution was more comprehensive and better addressed my issue. Highly recommend!

Crawl Space Medic did a great job on adding a vapor barrier and a dehumidifier to my crawl space. The salesman Jacob was informative and gave me several options to address my problems. The pricing was fair and reasonable for what I needed. The appointment was set for the install within about a month. Mathew and Ben were the technicians that performed the work. They called 30 minutes before they arrived to tell me they were on the way. The guys were very personable and worked hard and steady to perform the job. They had to come back the next morning to finish and we're in an out in short order. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the complete process! Only disappointed that I can't give them more stars! Great job fellas!

Amazing job! We got a quote for less work and less materials from another company asking us twice the cost. Crawlspace Medic addressed everything I could have hoped for. Encapsulation, fungal treatment, joist support, dehumidifier installation, spray foam insulation. For the first time since I moved into my home I’m finally not worried about "what’s next?" with my crawl space. When they found another issue during the work that added a few hours of labor, they didnt even charge me more. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Crawlspace medic did an outstanding job on installing a vapor barrier and dehumidifier unit. Michael Moffatt explained everything that was to be done, and his explanations were very clear and understandable. Michael and his crew cleaned up after the job and left the yard as if nothing had happened. It was a very pleasant and positive experience.
