Several times I applied to this company. I wanted to repair the TV after the child broke the screen with a toy. They said it was easier to buy a new one. After several calls to other services, the diagnosis was confirmed. The blender was repaired, there was a problem in the wire, which was replaced within 10 minutes. Previously I contacted several services before repair. Now I stopped at Appliance Electrician. Everything is fast, inexpensive and with a good level of service. I really liked the responsiveness of the staff. Their desire to help me, and not just make money. I recommend!

Do not use. Horrible communication and customer service. They confirmed an appointment on a Saturday from 3-5pm, never showed up, never sent any messages to inform something was wrong, never answered any of the 5 calls that were placed to try to perhaps reschedule. Does anyone even work there?

There was a problem with my washing machine. The door sensor did not work. The machine closes only mechanically, but it does not want to start washing, because the sensor does not inform that the door is closed. I called the Samsung service and they told me that I need to deliver the machine to the service myself, or order their delivery service. When I found out the cost of delivery and diagnostics, I came to the conclusion that I need to look for third-party service. I requested to the appliance electrician which I found on the Internet. The master arrived during the lunchtime, as agreed. He carried out the diagnostics and said that the sensor needs to be replaced. He will be able to take the spare parts in the warehouse tomorrow and replace it on the spot. The next day, the master changed the parts within an hour and the machine started working. The cost of work done was cheaper than the delivery service to the official service without diagnostics. Draw conclusions and appeal to the appliance electrician workshop, and do not spend money on official services.

STAY AWAY. Dishonest, and ignorant. 3 no shows. Wrong diagnosis of problem. Had paid him half as he wanted that to return with the parts and fix it. Called and said he Didn't want to finish job and said he would send a check to me. . Lie. Again told me he sent check. Lied. Told me to meet him to get my money .no show. He has blocked my texts. His name is joel and I believe, despite his beautiful website, he is the only worker and I don't know if he's licensed. I doubt it. STAY AWAY. CROOK His office is a tiny cubicle , about 4x4, in a bldg in glendale. I am going to file a small claims suit....if anyone has done that or wants to, let me know. If he's not licensed and bonded that's against the law and he could be fined.
